Radfield Home Care have been helping with my mum regularly for 5 months now. Mum is in her late 90's and was recently diagnosed with dementia which is mild at the moment. She is also housebound but actually lives on her own. Radfield supply just the extra help I need so I know someone has been there
to make sure all is ok, and drinks and meals are provided but more importantly that mum has had some friendly company. The Radfield staff were very understanding and easy to talk to. A plan was tailor made for my mum and they take a lot of information on board to do this. Mum has found all the carers really friendly. It is no problem to pop into their office and ask questions or update things. They make you feel at ease and you also feel very secure with the service they provide.

All the carers have been wonderfull with my mum. They go above and beyond . She came out of hospital before Christmas and radfield care stepped in to provide her care . I have felt happy knowing someone is going in to mum. Excellent care company would recommend to anyone .

Mum has now moved into a Care Home but during the last 10 months in her own home Radfield care were indispensable. They were so caring, kind and respectful towards mum and made sure that she got washed and dressed, ate and drank, took her tablets and was comfortable. We were struggling to cover all
Mum's needs and Radfield carers gave us peace of mind. Communication was great and they often went above and beyond to make sure that Mum was safe and well - letting us know when there were any concerns. We would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care if you're looking for extra help for yourself or your loved ones.

All of the carers from Radfield Home Care that come to help at home have been so lovely, sincere and very caring. They use their own initiative, they are very attentive and pickup his needs very quickly. Nothing is an effort. I have been able to run errands knowing my son is in capable hands.

Dad is self-caring and independent however he has got a tad 'lazy' as he has got older. The daily showers, looking after his legs (varicose eczema). I have found Radfield Care invaluable i.e. give him a nudge and take the pressure off Mum and I. It is difficult as a family sometimes to push him to do
stuff he is not really keen on!

Dave has first-hand home care experience, as sadly over recent years he has seen both his parents struggle with Dementia and the challenges this brings to family and loved ones. He has worked in home care since 2007 in various roles from project management to multi-site management. “I have worked in a number of roles in the past having been in the Royal Air Force for a number of years until I had my daughter. I then worked for a finance company for a couple of years and progressed from Receptionist to a New Business Clerk. I then moved to the Santander Retail Contact Centre, I then moved into the Fraud Contact Centre within the first 12 months and progressed to a Contact Centre Team Leader, managing a team of 15 call handlers, dealing with customer escalations, complaints and making sure the customer journey was smooth. I remained with the bank for 11 years and only left due to redundancy. I wanted a new role which would be more engaging with people and moved to the North West Ambulance as a call handler which I really enjoyed and remained there for 7 months. I then moved to a home care company as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed to a Recruitment Account manager.”


“When I initially joined the home care company I had never worked in the care sector and couldn’t answer questions potential candidates would ask. I completed my care certificate training within the first 8 weeks and delivered home care for some time. This gave me the knowledge and experience to help and reassure potential candidate queries. I enjoy recruitment and getting to speak with a variety of people on a day-to-day basis.”
