I have been very impressed with the care provided by Radfield Home Care. My brother can be rather difficult at times and the carers have taken the time to get to know him. He is always treated with such respect and kindness. The carers go in for two hours a day, Monday to Friday and seem to get through
so much within those couple of hours. I would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care to anyone who needs support to enable them to remain in their own home.

I cared for my mother at home for many years and turned to Radfield when she needed more than I could give. Radfield carers attended every weekend morning and stepped in to provide supplementary help at other times such as Christmas and holidays. There was one principal carer who was delightful, kind
and loving and others as needed. All gave the same levels of care and attention, treated Mum with dignity and respect and always spoke kindly and with great consideration. They helped her with all personal needs for getting up and facing the day. There were often giggles and laughter - far more than when I was in charge, trying to fit her needs in around my other duties!
As well as the staff, I have nothing but praise for the management team who were equally kind and considerate of my needs as well as Mum's and who provided support in a number of circumstances.
I cannot speak highly enough of this provider and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

After a very thorough review of need and preferences, the service manager arranged carers for my mother's bathing twice weekly. All was done carefully, respectfully and with reasonable speed. It was made very clear that the company respects its clients and its staff, that their relationship is then
built progressively over a number of visits and this is in fact what happened.
The lead carer has developed a happy collaboration with my mother, removing all doubt and any embarrassment to establish herself as a very welcome guest. Her relief on non-working days is gradually building the same rapport, though understandably more slowly as she has visited fewer times. The office keeps in touch with me, sending schedules for attendance in good time and in only 4 weeks (8 visits) has checked twice as to our satisfaction. Invoices are clear and well presented, allowing a suitable period of grace for payment.
I recommend these excellent, well-trained and properly supported professionals.

After breaking his hip, my father had Radfield supplying his care package. After the package finished, I decided to pay for 1 hour twice a week for cleaning. The cost is probably more than just employing a normal cleaner but it is worth it because my father has accepted the help from people he already
knew from the care package.
If there are problems, they inform me which is great, it gives me confidence that if things are going awry, I will learn about it and can take remedial action.
I am not normally there when the cleaning is done so I am working with limited information when performing the marking. The Overall Standard mark of excellent is valid, the other marks are my best guess.

I look forward to seeing my carers each visit. Very helpful in assisting me and knowing when I am struggling and will assist me.
They do not take over, make me feel good about myself and not patronising, friendly and nothing is too much trouble and they do not rush me!. They stay their time and will
go over their time if they need to. They are not mean or make me feel uncomfortable. They will not leave until they check I have my lifeline on and meds to hand, plenty of drinks and my phones to hand too. Brilliant carers, brilliant company.

My wife and I decided to look after my father at home after him being very ill in hospital, it came a time when he did not require hospital stay but was not strong enough to go home as he lived alone, he did not want to go into a reablement home which he was offered. Both my wife and I work full time
but have a lot of flexibility, however, I was keen for my Dad to have a routine and to give him the care and support whilst maintaining his dignity. I was offered Radfield Care as an option, the team were absolutely fantastic, nothing was a problem, they were very professional, they came in the morning and evening daily and the standard of care was second to none as I, myself, work for the NHS and have high expectations of care, especially with this being my dad. I can honestly say I could not fault them in any way and would recommend their service without hesitation.

We cannot praise Radfield enough.
We have used their services on and off for 18 months, each time we have a requirement they are easy to contact, flexible, efficient and sympathetic to our Mothers needs.
Finding a home care company you can rely on is not easy, however nothing is too much for Radfield.

Really impressed with the standard of care provided by Radfield Care. All of the carers are lovely and all are punctual every time.

Not only were Radfield superb at catering and caring for all needs but they were also friends. Their nursing qualities were first class but their friendship meant so much more as you didn't feel as though you were unable to cope so for this reason, I would most certainly recommend Radfield. Dave is Director of Radfield Home Care Liverpool North. Dave has worked for Shell for over 15 years, involved in a number of global projects, working with interesting people all over the world.


It is Dave’s belief that being able to interact with individuals from all walks of life is an integral part of being successful in the Home Care sector and he has brought all of these skills to his business.


Dave has first-hand home care experience, as sadly over recent years he has seen both his parents struggle with Dementia and the challenges this brings to family and loved ones. As the family journey continued, Dave’s inspiration for his business has been driven by his struggle to find high quality, person-centred home care for his parents.

He has worked in home care since 2007 in various roles from project management to multi-site management. “I have worked in a number of roles in the past having been in the Royal Air Force for a number of years until I had my daughter. I then worked for a finance company for a couple of years and progressed from Receptionist to a New Business Clerk. I then moved to the Santander Retail Contact Centre, I then moved into the Fraud Contact Centre within the first 12 months and progressed to a Contact Centre Team Leader, managing a team of 15 call handlers, dealing with customer escalations, complaints and making sure the customer journey was smooth. I remained with the bank for 11 years and only left due to redundancy. I wanted a new role which would be more engaging with people and moved to the North West Ambulance as a call handler which I really enjoyed and remained there for 7 months. I then moved to a home care company as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed to a Recruitment Account manager.”


“When I initially joined the home care company I had never worked in the care sector and couldn’t answer questions potential candidates would ask. I completed my care certificate training within the first 8 weeks and delivered home care for some time. This gave me the knowledge and experience to help and reassure potential candidate queries. I enjoy recruitment and getting to speak with a variety of people on a day-to-day basis.”
