Prestige Healthcare Services are a friendly and helpful team. We have had no issues with timings, they arrive when due. The carers get observed by management to make sure they are doing things in the correct way. Before they leave they will ask mum if she is comfortable or if there's anything else they
can do for her. We have had to change the times on rota due to hospital appointments, this was no trouble for the office to accommodate us.

I have found the service provided excellent and the staff could not be more helpful and always cheerful. They brighten up even the dullest day when I'm feeling down. Nothing is too much for them.

The staff are lovely, treated my mum with great care and respect. Such lovely people, I was really impressed. My mum felt very pampered and cared for.

My Dad needed care after having suffered a stroke and was bed/chair bound on arrival back at home. The Prestige care team were extremely friendly, helpful and were never late. They helped my Dad with all of his personal care needs, leaving myself and my Mum to help and assist in whatever we felt we
could do. Dad was always treated with the utmost respect with a lot of laughs thrown in, something, I know, Dad appreciated. Sadly my Dad only had a couple of weeks with us and passed away at home with his family around him. The carers treated us all with kindness and sympathy at such a sad time. We would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of a reliable and friendly care team.

I can't fault the care service and having tried others I think every care should benchmark their standard of service against Prestige. The carers are lovely and warm, the same faces so my son is used to seeing them and enjoys the time they have with him. They always call if running late which is rare.
They also have given me emotional support when I'm exhausted and the time they are with him gives me that time to make me a drink, catch up on calls, take the dog out. Outstanding care.

My mum was very dubious at first about getting carers as in some ways she was still able to assist herself. But things were starting to get on top of her and finding difficulty with sight and hearing problems, with other problems as well. The carers were very professional with the care and nothing was
too much trouble for them. They allowed her to do the tasks that she could on her own, eg. washing/personal care. My mum would talk about them often. Great teamwork, all seemed to work together. My mum was happy. As long as she was happy we were all happy. Would recommend to anyone who needs carers at home.

Prestige looked after my mum after she had a spell in hospital and was unable to manage on her return home.


I found all the managers and staff to be extremely caring and "on the ball". Their communication was excellent. If Prestige were unsure about anything they would not hesitate to contact

me, which is always reassuring. I felt they were working with me to ensure mum was kept safe.


Mum loved all the carers, they were all very professional, cheerful and friendly. Mum hated the idea of carers at first, but she soon enjoyed their visits and having them to help her - she particularly enjoyed the time the carers took to chat, and they made a big effort to cheer her up when she was feeling sad.


All carers came at a regular time and weren't late. I met all the carers and was very pleased with them all.


I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige.

We employed Prestige to care for my mother-in-law, who lived with us. The members of staff we had, especially one in particular, were absolutely fantastic, caring, punctual and really lovely people. Would highly recommend this company.

Prestige Healthcare have been looking after my 91year old mother for nearly a year now. She sings along with the carers and smiles all the time they are with her. Prestige have given my mum a better quality of life. The carers and management are so caring, friendly and professional the only regret I
have is not having them in sooner.

The carers do a fantastic job looking after my father, they have a very high standard of care. Very quick to contact me if they feel dad is unwell or in need of anything, can’t recommend Prestige enough. They are a great team. Prestige Healthcare provides an excellent caring service for me. They have made a significant difference in my everyday life and my health. The carers are very kind, professional, reliable and provide care at a very high standard.
The team in the office do an incredible job in keeping everything going
like clockwork and always so helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care and support. I can’t thank Prestige enough for their ongoing help and support. They truly are a care company who really do care and always help in any way they can.

All the carers are extremely friendly and you can tell that they really do care about my wife and her safety. We have a lot of laughs during their visits, which helps my wife with her condition. The carers are always on time and are cheerful and efficient.

Prestige Healthcare have been truly wonderful, from management to all the carers, in producing excellent care for our 91-year-old mother and enabling her to live in her own home for as long as possible and giving us peace of mind.
