Prestige Healthcare Services were the most recent service providers. From the moment the team arrive in the house, they ensured that all aspects of care were studied. Checking the rooms for equipment, safety and issues like skincare. The visiting teams are caring, respectful and thorough, leaving the
property tidy. Any clothes or washing up is completed. The management package is comprehensive: A daily log flagging ongoing issues for follow up carers and care handling is always with the agreement so the client has an option of choice.

All the carers are very professional and demonstrate knowledge about how to support someone living with Alzheimer's disease. The carers have never missed a care call and often go the extra mile. Nothing seems to difficult for them and mum seems to particularly enjoy the warm and friendly attitude that
all the carers exhibit.

Prestige came in to look after my Mum at home during the last few weeks of her life. By this time Mum was very frail, able to do very little for herself, and shortly after became completely bedridden. All the Prestige staff were extremely diligent in their care and were careful to put Mum first at
all times. Although she was latterly not very responsive, they would always great her cheerfully and would be genuinely pleased if they managed to elicit a smile from her. They treated her with compassion and dignity. They were careful to ensure that they had Mum's consent for whatever they needed to do, which required considerable attention since Mum's responses were very slight towards the end. I am very grateful to Prestige for their respectful care and kindness towards my Mum during her last days.

You couldn't wish to find a more professional company. Not only is every member of Prestige professional but all are extremely caring and conscientious. Prestige goes above and beyond the call of duty always. It is so refreshing to find a company who always put the needs of their clients first. I would
wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Not just a five-star company but five gold stars.

My experience (over the last six months) has been variable. When sending a trainee, they should always end an experienced carer - for a longer period of time. I prefer to have regular carers as they know my likes and dislikes and know what to do. Generally, the care is most satisfactory and acceptable.
If the carers have confidence, I feel confident too.

My husband suffered a stroke in August 2017, returning home on the 14th December. On the 13th December, the original care agency ‘pulled out’. Prestige Healthcare Services not only ‘stepped in’ but arrived in time for our first care call, the next day. Their standards are of the highest: the care and
support they are providing reflecting their values and wide experience. They are truly caring, for my husband and myself and are wholly reliable: bringing a blend of professionalism, compassion and the all-important humour. We currently require four visits a day; their standards consistently maintained; their respect and regard for my husband’s wellbeing apparent at each and every visit.


Whilst our carers are experienced, their agency is comparatively new and it was our good fortune to learn of them ‘by word of mouth’.
As I word this review it’s a dark and snowy morning; but have no doubt they will arrive - on time and with welcome smiles.

Following a recent change of circumstances, my mum required at short notice physical care, emotional support and companionship. As situations changed so did the frequency of care visits. I can't praise the staff at Prestige highly enough. My mum is delighted and looks forward to visits. Mum thought
at one point, that the only option for her future was residential care as she didn't want to be a burden to anyone. With the help of Prestige, she is able to continue to live in her own home with the support of people she likes. I am impressed at the standard of care given and the compassion shown to mum and me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
