Very pleased with the care and support provided by my husband's carer. He is attentive and friendly. He is a well mannered young man who always goes above and beyond in the service he provides. He is a social person and makes sure to take the time to speak with my husband and give him extra support
when needed. My husband's care needs and demands can vary from day to day and he can meet this with professionalism and ease. He is dedicated to his role and is always prompt to every visit. We thank him for his support and for being a great carer.

I have a sitting service three times a week. That's what I am very happy with as my caregiver is efficient, polite and friendly. The carers are given by the ICare and they take all comments for me very seriously if any issues occur.

Outstanding care after receiving such an awful experience from another care provider. I dreaded another company taking over after my mother's discharge. It didn't start off well, upon discharge there was no carer present that day. We were informed by the hospital that the care package was confirmed
and would start immediately. I called the office and spoke with the manager. We received a visit that night and, in an instance, it reflected the service to be different from other care providers. From my experience talk is normally cheap but in this case, it was almost flawless. My mother was assigned a few carers all superb with good care knowledge and all respected my mother's home and my mother. Are always polite and work without making my mother feel rushed. My mother herself was taken by surprise by the excellent care. I wish ICare all the best and hope they keep up the standards they have set about in delivering such outstanding care.

Excellent care and attention provided by all the carers within the team. Looking after a client with certain behavioural issues is very challenging on a daily basis but they are all so professional and caring and I really appreciate the fact they go the extra mile whenever an issue arrives. My aunt
would not be able to stay at home without their support. The office team are also always on-hand to discuss any questions I may have.

The care staff from ICare are wonderful professionals. They have been providing care to my mother in law who has many complex needs and advanced dementia. They have been supporting us for over 3 years and they are wonderful, caring and trustworthy staff who go the extra mile to provide a professional
service. Thanks to their amazing work my mother in law has been able to stay at home and with her family. We are able to work and look after our mum without too much worry. The agency has made sure that we have the same carers and their service is always reliable. Thank you for everything you are doing for mum and the rest of her family.

Aside from that, I am also a qualified social worker and nurse. I've had the honour of working in this industry for over 3 decades, and it has inspired me to develop a passion for encouraging and supporting vulnerable individuals and the elderly. My goal is to empower them to maintain their independence, either in their own homes or by regaining it through comprehensive support as a result of illness or other reasons.


My work has provided me with valuable experience in supporting individuals with various health conditions. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to obtain positive health outcomes for service users. Through personalised care planning, my team and I can promote the capabilities, choices, dignity, and self-esteem of individuals, which stimulates better physical and emotional well-being.
