Home Instead Tamworth are currently supporting my parents. The level of care, kindness and professionalism is outstanding. The ladies in the team around Mum and Dad are superb, their commitment to them is excellent, providing a range of help from personal care, housekeeping, and companionship to outings
to Coffee shops (pre-Covid). They put their clients at the heart of everything, all visits are at least an hour-long meaning everyone feels valued and very importantly safe. Any contact with the admin side of Home Instead Tamworth is dealt with promptly, kindly and in a super friendly, supportive manner. Quite simply they are 5*and offer my sister and I peace of mind at all times. I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you!

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.802 for Home Instead Lichfield, Tamworth and North Warwickshire is calculated as follows: ( (164 Excellents x 5) + (27 Goods x 4) + (6 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 197 Ratings = 4.802
