b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.0 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Teasdale Healthcare is based on 1 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 = 3
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

Job Title: Director
My first encounter with the Care Industry was when my grandmother, bless her soul, fell very ill in Sheffield. I used to go and visit her every week and help with her care whilst I was there. Eventually, she became too unwell and she needed professional assistance in order to live her life as independently as possible. I saw the world of difference the Care Company and their Care Staff made to her, and I felt touched by the compassion of care shown.
It was at this point our family realised we wanted to be able to provide the same compassionate, dedicated caring service within our local community in North Staffordshire. Since then, my mother and father have retired and I, together with Nichola, have taken over the Company. We believe we have the passion, desire and skills to become the Outstanding Provider of choice, and we strive every day towards this goal.
Job Title: Director
I have been supporting Teasdale Healthcare since August 2014, being actively involved in the family-run business for the last 2 years. When Anthony Teasdale and I officially took over in April 2017, I became a Director.
I have a detailed understanding of the business, our current position and where we want to progress to. Overall, I have approximately 12 years’ experience in the health and social care sector. My past and current positions have affirmed my dedication to the quality of care that providers deliver, and at Teasdale Healthcare I ensure that we offer an honest, committed, high-quality service to all our Service Users and their families.
I have a true passion for Teasdale Healthcare; the whole team has a genuine aspiration to be an Outstanding rated provider, and the provider of choice in the area. With the commitment and dedication of myself and Anthony as Directors and our continuous drive for quality improvement as a whole team, we will strive to achieve this aspiration.
