Caremark Croydon has provided companionship care for my elderly mother for close on three years, and the quality of care provided has greatly enhanced her mood and overall well being, and thus contributed significantly to my own peace of mind. Managers have always been available and responsive to any
concerns, and have made every effort to ensure continuity with the same small team of carers, who have come to know my mother well, understand her needs and provide cheerful companionship. I recommend them unreservedly.

My father previously used Caremark some years ago for assistance with his wife. On this occasion, it was primarily to provide companionship and lunch provision for himself, whilst his regular carer took some leave.
The administration of the arrangement was completed in a very timely fashion and with
good response to any questions. A two week care plan was put in place with two carers allocated on a rota basis to cover the hours required. My father seemed to relate better to one carer than the other, but all needs on the agreed care plan were provided by both carers. Two minor glitches - a 1/2 hour delay in arrival on one occasion due to traffic hold ups, and forgetting the vegetables for lunch on another. One carer did go sick on one day but a replacement (the other rota carer) was swiftly sorted by Caremark without any impact to my father. All in all a good experience and we would utilise Caremark again when the need arises.

After an unpleasant experience with a previous care agency, I was not sure how things would work out. I am not easy to deal with as I have to be hoisted, rolled, etc as I do not have core strength. Despite all this, I can be quite bossy and cheeky and we have many laughs which is great for my morale.

We have used Caremark for many years. The agency is now providing good care for my son. The carers work well with my son's live-in carer and myself. The timekeeping is generally very good and I am informed if there is going to be a delay. We like that we have a good regular team of carers. They are
always cheerful and respectful. They care for my son in a professional manner and interact with him well. He enjoys seeing them.
When we need extra care hours so I can have a break, the agency always provides the hours needed.
The care provided is very good.

Caremark has been helping Mum since May 2021 and their service has always been excellent. Mum's care package was increased with effect from June 2024 following a lengthy spell in hospital and the service has remained excellent.

Caremark is a very good care provider. They have very kind, caring staff and do exactly what is asked of them. My dad enjoys their visits and often looks forward to seeing some of the carers again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the service would be even better if we were given a smaller
number of consistent carers, but I think that's just what the industry is like at the moment. They respond very well to feedback and the best part is how flexible they are if we need some additional hours. Overall a very good care service.

We have been using Caremark for a few months now and I wanted to thank the manager and her team in the excellent service and support we have had since Mum has come to stay with me, after having a traumatic twelve months with her in and out of hospital. The onboarding process was seamless, the team are
incredibly understanding of Mum's needs, they are so caring and each one of the carers have such wonderful personalities. I can see Mum building a true bond with them. I know Mum feels comfortable and supported, which is absolutely key for me. Thank you to the manager for building such a lovely and caring team who provide such key/vital services within the elderly community. Keep up the fantastic work.

My mother has been having carers from Caremark for over one year and I am happy to say that we have been very pleased with their services. A rota is received each week advising who the carers will be each day and the timeslots allocated. The carers arrive around the time stated and, in the event that
one of them is unable to come, an alternative carer has always been provided. She has mainly a regular 2/3 carers and others come when the usual carers have their days off.
I am pleased to say that we have found the staff thorough and caring and prepared to listen if we have any comments or suggestions to make and I have no hesitation in recommending this agency.
