Alcester Home Care has made a big difference to my mum, who has dementia, and to our whole family. We couldn’t keep Mum at home without them. We have never had any reason to complain about any of the carers who come to visit, all are really competent and friendly, we look forward to seeing them. The
company is well organised and very helpful, deal with any issues or problems quickly and easily, or so it seems to us.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Alcester Home Care is a very professional agency. All their staff are well-trained, friendly and courteous, offering an excellent level of care.
I have known them since December 2023 when they first cared for my father for a few weeks before his death. Since then, they have offered twice-daily visits
to my mother, who has mobility needs and is in frail health.
My mother is very happy with the care received and finds all the staff very friendly and caring.
I know that the agency will contact me regarding any concerns they pick up on. If I need to contact the office, I am confident of being listened to and that any follow-up action needed will be carried through.
I highly recommend Alcester Home Care agency to anyone looking for quality home care.

All the ladies are cheerful and competent.

My mum has been a client of Alcester Home Care for a few years now after suffering a variety of medical episodes. The most recent crisis was dealt with magnificently by the whole team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone always goes the extra mile to make sure that my mum is looked after and
cared for in the comfort of her own home. The team at Alcester are a lifeline and I rely upon them and also trust them implicitly to do the best and provide the best care possible.

They have been a great help, helping me look after my 92-year-old mom, professional, nothing is too much trouble. The staff that attended to Mom are excellent, always inform me of any changes to Mom's needs. Visits are usually at the times required. Constantly informed of any rota changes. Have recommended

I have been highly impressed with Alcester Home Care. They have been a wonderful care company especially this last month when I became injured. They have stepped in and increased the care for my husband with no trouble at all (at least not visible to us!). Every single carer has been warm and friendly

My sister started her care package in December 23, I was going to be out of the country and felt she needed some help as her health had deteriorated.
The whole transition into a care package went very smoothly.
It was a big life change for my sister who had previously been independent and mobile.
She
was very pleased with all her carers, they are so kind and caring, always treating her as an individual and not just a "job".
I would definitely recommend Alcester Home Care to anyone considering a care package for their loved ones.
Also there is an app to download so you can read about the daily care routine.
This is very reassuring, especially as I don't live nearby and don't see my sister on a daily basis.

My mum has 5 welfare visits a week. I meet the staff if I am visiting on the days they come and I have always found them to be kind, patient and friendly towards Mum (and myself). My main contact is with the office, amending/changing bookings to meet Mum's needs and circumstances. And I sometimes make
late requests. My contact and requests have always been treated efficiently and politely by one member of staff in particular who is always friendly and helpful. He gets the job done with no fuss and promptly. Another member of staff is also helpful giving me guidance and advice when requested.
My overall experience of the agency has been excellent over the years that we have been using them.

My grandmother has been taken care of by this team for 12 months, as a family we could not wish for anything better. From the start of our journey, we found the onboarding process was easy, they are very confident, professional, and reliable, and she gets to stay at home and have the care she requires

We requested services from Alcester Home Care for respite with only a couple of weeks' notice for morning and evening visits to Mum who has dementia. The whole process has been seamless. Nothing is a problem. Assessments were swift and thorough. All carers on the rota are well-informed about Mum's needs
and they are so kind. Mum looks forward to her care visits. It has really taken the pressure off whilst we await the arrival of a baby. I will be looking to continue to use the service beyond the respite period as we are so impressed. Highly recommend.
