My name is Liz and I am the manager of Alcester Home Care.

I am a dedicated home care manager with over 10 years of experience in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.

I am deeply passionate about caregiving and committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

It is important to me that all our clients receive the high standard of care that they deserve.

I am proud of the team of quality carers that we have.
By working closely with our team, we can provide comprehensive and personalised care to our clients.

Richard has been an integral part of the team for 3 years now.

Richard's background before becoming part of the team, was a specialist in care for individuals who have an acquired brain injury.

He ensured a team of support workers delivered person-centred support enabling the individual to live independently.

Following this he was a manager for a care home caring for individuals with complex mental health conditions, ensuring they lead a quality of life in a safe environment.

Teri is our dedicated Field Care Supervisor and is responsible for assessing our client's needs, ensuring our care is delivered to the highest standards, and personalised to each individual.

She has an extensive care background and this shows when reviewing our client's needs, ensuring that the care we deliver fully meets their requirements.

Sian is one of our dedicated Senior Carers. She has a wealth of experience within the care sector. Sian is a huge mentor to our team of carers. Sian has a passion for helping others and developing her skills and knowledge and this shows in her dedication to her role as Senior Carer.

'I started working for Alcester Home Care at the time I was caring for my terminally ill Dad.

I honestly had never considered a career in caring, having only been a carer to my Dad.

Previously I had worked at Dogs Trust, so I went from caring for dogs to caring for people.

I was asked to come and have an informal chat and see if it was right for me, I felt the role was right for me and was offered a job.

Since that first day, I’ve never looked back!

I absolutely love my job at Alcester Home Care and get great satisfaction in knowing I’ve helped someone and made their day a little bit easier for them.

I love listening to the life stories of those I help support.

There’s nothing better than putting a smile on someone’s face each day. Whether that’s providing company for them, singing whilst doing the washing up or going for a walk with them and their dog.

Alcester Home Care has provided me with all the support and training I needed and has offered great opportunities to further my career with them

Being a parent of a young child, I can fit my work around my child’s school needs

It is an honour to assist our clients remain in their own homes. We support people in need and in turn helping to make their lives that little bit easier. To know we make a difference gives a real sense of achievement

There are not many positions that make you feel that way. It is so fascinating to listen to them and hear about their lives and stories. We build relationships with them, and their family.

If I can make them smile and laugh on my visits then it makes it all worthwhile. Having an awe-inspiring team around me makes a huge difference too.

We also have such a supportive Management team and are always there to help. We all help each other and we all genuinely care!!

My name is Becky and I am a homecare provider. I have worked in care for just over a year now and I can honestly say I LOVE my job. I love helping people, caring, building relationships with clients and their families and most importantly making a difference in people’s lives.

I also love working for Alcester Home Care as the team is amazing, management is supportive and they listen to not only the client's needs but employees too.

I started Alcester Home Care in November 2023, I have previously worked for another home care company in the local area but wanted a new challenge where I am more involved in supporting clients within their home and able to spend quality time with them. In my previous role, I supported clients within their homes with personal care and administering medication.

At Alcester Home Care I am also carrying out these duties but able to assist clients with a range of other duties within their home and have the opportunity of being able to take clients out to visit places or assist with shopping, providing companionship. I enjoy working for a company where all the staff really support each other and are all committed to providing the best support to our clients.
