Mum is very happy with the care that she receives from Safe and Sound. The staff are kind, caring and willing to go the extra mile to meet Mum's needs.
They communicate with me in a timely fashion when/if required, and there is good support from the office-based staff.
The provision of regular staff
is great, and I am able to let Mum know who will be visiting (which she likes).
I would happily recommend them to anyone. A big thank you to you all.

Safe and Sound have cared for my mother for several months now. The carers are just that, so caring, gentle and friendly; they have almost become like part of the family. They turn up at the time expected (as best anyone can with traffic and other impediments) but ring if delayed more than 30-mins.
Their visits are at approx the same time daily so life can be planned and the same carers are regular too, a bonus after previous companies. The carers communicate with the family clearly and concisely, so any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The office staff are accommodating and helpful whenever I've needed to contact them, even if out of office hours. Overall, can only praise this company and all their staff, look forward to an ongoing long-lasting relationship with my mum.

This is just to say that the service you provide is excellent. Some of your carers really do go the extra mile.
When you offer such a good service that keeps people in their own homes and independent, that's brilliant.
Staff are always friendly and always check if anything else needs doing before
they leave.
The care notes written are also very accurate and detailed for me to see how the visit day is going.
So a big thank you to you and your team.
It's also really good that I can let my friend know the name of the carer for the next visit and the approximate time of the visit.
Staff always read any notes I leave and also leave me a reply.

My mum and dad are always telling me they are much happier since we changed their care company in June this year. I have noticed that too on my visits to see them. Their care team and the managers are lovely, professional, attentive, kind, friendly and very supportive to us as a family.

Safe and Sound are very good with all my mother's care, from the carers to the management staff, always accommodating to her needs and always willing to help when they can. They are always willing to help if there is anything else that needs to be added to the list of jobs that Mum needs help with.

My daughter is provided support by Safe and Sound assisting her with household tasks. We have been impressed with the organisation both for its office staff and carers. The office team members are quick to answer the phone, always friendly and polite and find solutions. With the supply of carers in
England being difficult to keep up with demand for, the team goes out of its way to ensure cover is available and is always recruiting. The carers are clearly well-vetted because every one of them has been excellent. We note too that there are only a small number of carers visiting, so there isn't the need to keep explaining what to do. The service my daughter receives is exemplary. Thank you.

We are very pleased with the care and understanding given to my mother.
The contact app is most useful and saves everyone time, however, if I need to contact the office, this has worked well, and I usually get a prompt response.

Very caring company with some excellent staff.
Also, visits are very consistent and mostly the same regular carers, which is great for old people, especially caring towards my mum, who has Alzheimer's. What a great team.

I'm very impressed with the standard and the continuity of the carers that my Mum have visit her. Mum has her regular carers and if there are any changes then we are both notified.
