b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.6 out of 5 from 6 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 5.000 for Care Resource Bureau Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (35 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 35 Ratings = 5
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Care Resource Bureau Ltd is based on 6 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 = 4.6

Job Title: Registered Manager

Tricia started her career as a Care Assistant in a small family-run care home and worked her way up through the ranks. This meant that she not only gained valuable insight and experience during this time but also was able to complete extensive training including a City & Guilds Direct Care qualification (levels 2 & 3) plus enhanced training in Palliative Care, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
Having taken her experience, and identifying the need for a more person-centred, specialised service, Tricia started her own business, Care Resource Bureau in 2015. Tricia is now responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, liaising with families and working closely with carers and external agencies to ensure that the business remains compliant whilst meeting or exceeding standards of care.

Samuel brought to the business 8 years of industry experience working within administration and management teams. His understanding of everything business-related, including scheduling, payroll, tracking systems for carers and training, made him the perfect fit.
Within the first year of operation, Samuel highlighted issues with the style and quality of training being provided to care staff in the wider industry and so he decided to focus particularly on the training and development of the team.
Having completed the necessary practical and theoretical tests, he now trains carers himself to ensure the highest standards are met within the business.
