Priory Care Services supports and cares for my dad and his wife, they visit 4 times a day, but I have also felt supported by them. They call and notify me if there is a problem or if anything is needed. I know that my elderly family is being looked after.

Really pleased with Priory Care Services. We have been with them now for almost two years and they have been outstanding in providing the right care for my Mother and flexibility for myself. The staff are polite and helpful and some of their carers are the best. My only regret is that I wish we had

Priory Care Services cared for my wife for 6 years. She suffered from Dementia and was bedridden. She had care visits 4 times a day where they washed her, kept her clean, fed her and made her comfortable. They were friendly towards me and always had a happy disposition which helped with my wife's well
being. Overall her carers did an outstanding job in difficult circumstances.

My Dad had a particular carer who he had 3 times a day who is the most caring, calm wonderful young man we could have wished for. My dad was so well looked after by him who initially spotted that Dad didn't feel or look as he usually did one Sunday morning! Upon his words, we called 111 and Dad was
taken into hospital with pneumonia and complications! Sadly Dad passed away 5 weeks later but we are so grateful to his carer for his diligence in caring for him - we are all heartbroken that Dad didn't survive but at 96 so grateful in having him for so long!
Dad's carer deserves a big thank you from us as a family and for your kindness as a Company too! Please consider Dad's as a very valuable member of the team! Forever grateful to him - 5 star service.

My mum received a POC from Croydon Council and I can't express how happy I was with the service. Her regular care worker was amazing. She was very caring towards my mum. The office team and manager have always been supportive and kind.

We have utilized Priory Care Services Croydon for our father over the past 5 to 6 years who suffered from Parkinson's disease, and they have been marvellous, providing an excellent level of care for him until his passing.

My husband, who has later-stage dementia, had been resident in a care home for a while but I brought him home for 1 month. During this time, he received regular double-handed personal care visits daily from Priory Care Services. All daily care was given by a team of experienced carers with kindness
and dignity and on time. They also showed great kindness to me which was much appreciated!
I would certainly use them again.

I can honestly say nothing but the truth. I have been with this company since 1st February 2023.
I have a wonderful group of girls.
They are really lovely professionals as well as caring. Could not be in safer hands. They even think of things I might need before I do. The girls adapt to the situation

All the staff from the managers, day to day carers were all wonderful and cared for my father-in-law wonderfully.

Great service by the team as a whole. Well managed and very responsive. Flexible around client needs within reason, for example around hospital appointments and times. Quite efficient to give the times that are spent at home. I would single out two carers. Thank you and keep going!

I cannot fault the care Dad received after he left hospital in June 2022. Priory helped me and the family to assess Dad's care needs and agree on a package to meet those needs. All of the Priory staff who helped Dad were professional and polite and arrived each day at the agreed time. Their support
certainly helped Dad live as good a life as possible given his circumstances. I would also mention that the management team at Priory were excellent, being easily contactable and responsive when questions arose. I would recommend Priory to others.

I first used Priory Care in 2020 after surgery on my elbow and the service was excellent so when I needed care again this year I did not hesitate to go back to them and they did not disappoint. My care needs were a lot more this time and my carer made sure my every need was met. I always felt she was
not just providing a service but she also had my well being at heart. She showed compassion at all times and at the same time was very professional. The owner of the company and the office staff were also brilliant and never made me feel like I was just another client. Thank you so much for the five star care and service you provided me.

Priory Care did an excellent job of looking after my parents in very difficult circumstances. These people really care about not only their clients but also the clients family. They are compassionate and want the best for their clients and family. Even the Care Manager went above and beyond the call
of duty to look after my parents and would come out himself when my father was distressed in the night. This Care Agency gave also been supportive after my parents passed away. I could not expect anything more from them.

I worked in domiciliary care for a period of time, before going into supporting people in the homeless sector. I have completed PTLLS 4 qualification Over the last 17 years and became a health and social care trainer within domiciliary care and learning disabilities/autism settings, before starting my own training company.


When I moved to Guildford, I decided to utilise all my knowledge, skills and qualifications and became a Registered Manager in domiciliary care. I pride myself on offering high-quality care and support to people whether it be reablement, companionship or to remain independent and live at home.


I have been working for Priory Care Services, Kingston for 1 year as the Registered Manager. I have enjoyed opening the Kingston branch and supporting people to remain at home with the support of our excellent carers. Building professional relationships with the local authority and other agencies to ensure the health and well-being of the people that we support.
