I need two carers every day, three times a day as I am bedbound. My carers treat me as if I was a member of their family, we have a very good relationship and get on like a house on fire. I miss them when they are not with me as I trust them fully with my body and my care. I am proud to give them a
5-star rating.

Very well organised agency. They catered for everything we requested and helped the whole family in this awful, worrying time. I felt very supported and in control of the care. The carers were exactly who I requested. The money I don't like thinking about as it was so reasonable, my first thought were
trying them. The level of care just surpassed all my expectations. In one incident the carer noticed my father was not looking too well. By the time I got to the hospital, I was told the carer's fast actions saved my dad's life. I am forever grateful. Even my health improved because of their support.

We had excellent attention and care from the carer. The allocation of one dedicated carer was reassuring during Covid-19 restrictions. Regular contact check-in calls to my mother by the manager was very welcomed. Excellent follow-up during and after hospitalisation by the field supervisor and manager.
Good service overall that worked in liaison with family. Thank you for the care that you gave to my mother.

Overall the carers have been very professional and treated my mother with kindness, and sometimes assisted her beyond their required duty. During the pandemic, carers have been appropriately dressed with protective gear. Priory Care have been able to provide Urdu speaking carers which has been extremely
helpful. Management regularly calls my mother to check on her, and if she needs any further assistance. Knowing that my mother is well looked after is a big relief for the family.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the carers from Priory Care Services Croydon. My mother has been bed-bound since 27 March 2020 and since she was discharged home in May 2020, two carers from Croydon Priory Care Services have attended my mum at home four times a day. In morning/lunchtime/teatime/and
evening. I must compliment the carers on their professionalism as well as their compassion and kindness/courtesy towards my mum.

The Priory is a well organised, and efficient company which supplies an essential service of care. If any issues arise, they are proactive in notifying of these and in trying to resolve unforeseen problems as soon as possible. The quality of care is very good, although this is down to the sole carer
we have used, so we can only speak for one carer.

I started my career in care over 17 years ago. I worked for children with Learning disabilities and Behaviours that challenge, before moving into adult care. I worked with adults with Learning disabilities, Autism, and behaviours that challenged for 7 years. I found that I really enjoyed working with adults and decided to try other types of care. I loved empowering people to remain independent in their own homes.


Over the last 17 years, I gained NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social care and currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Adult Management.


I worked in domiciliary care for a period of time, before going into supporting people in the homeless sector. I have completed PTLLS 4 qualification Over the last 17 years and became a health and social care trainer within domiciliary care and learning disabilities/autism settings, before starting my own training company.


When I moved to Guildford, I decided to utilise all my knowledge, skills and qualifications and became a Registered Manager in domiciliary care. I pride myself on offering high-quality care and support to people whether it be reablement, companionship or to remain independent and live at home.


I have been working for Priory Care Services, Kingston for 1 year as the Registered Manager. I have enjoyed opening the Kingston branch and supporting people to remain at home with the support of our excellent carers. Building professional relationships with the local authority and other agencies to ensure the health and well-being of the people that we support.

He worked at Apaah Children's Home back in 2013 where he found his passion for the care industry. He also volunteered at the Mampong Government Hospital in Ghana, where he gained experience monitoring vital signs, collecting samples for laboratory examinations, and preparing patients for procedures through counselling and reassurance.

Abraham's main expertise has been In the educational sector where he made significant contributions as a Biology Tutor for seven years in various Senior High Schools in Ghana. He became the Head of the Science Department. He conducted biology classes, designed assessments, and trained students for national competitions. Abraham holds a degree in Human Biology from the University of Cape Coast.


As a care coordinator and ECM (Enhanced Care Management) monitoring officer, Abraham’s responsibilities would typically include:
