From the very first contact, Up 24 Seven responded and provided all the support that was required immediately, which was at very short notice. Throughout the following 5-6 weeks of 4 times-a-day care, all staff treated my friend with the utmost respect and humility, even providing additional daytime
and nighttime sits when needed.
They were available if I had any concerns or requests and responded with pleasure, nothing was too much trouble. The carers would contact me directly if they needed any further supplies of juice or yoghurts and even suggested ice cream to try to encourage her to take fluids and some food. I felt they were very much involved in her needs and making her remaining time as comfortable and positive as possible. I would recommend Up 24 Seven in a heartbeat! Thank you all.

All carers are polite, caring and efficient. They are all able to follow instructions and learn to do things they are unfamiliar with when cooking etc. All ask how I am and what I want to eat and clean up after themselves.

I write as the son of my mother for whom you provided morning and evening care services up to the point of her death in June 2023. The service was provided for approximately three months and throughout was quite outstanding. All the teams who provided care to my mother were highly professional, empathetic,
very caring and made a real and positive contribution to her quality of life in her final months. We could not have done without your help and I want to formally record my deepest thanks and admiration to the teams who helped Mum during her final weeks.

We only used this service twice for my terminally ill mother and then cancelled. The carers let themselves in the wrong houses (twice) before they came to the correct address frightening one elderly resident. They treated my mother like they hadn’t cared for anyone before and left her naked on the bed
not showing her any respect or dignity.
I’ve scored this company one star as it’s not possible to rate it any lower. Shocking and should be avoided in my opinion.
