As ever, I am eternally grateful to Prestbury Care Providers Ltd. I was offered another weekend break at Hunstanton in June 2021 and our local Social Services again contacted Prestbury Care. And they responded with their excellent services with no reservations. Otherwise, the weekend break would not
have been possible. Their carer arrived on time. She introduced herself and was very polite. She bonded immediately with the carer with her usual confident and caring approach. Some carers have this rare natural ability, she has this natural way with her, and could get my wife to do things I could not. The empathy with my wife was almost immediate and she listened to my input describing my wife's likes and dislikes, handling etc. We worked well as a team. I will have no hesitation in employing them for my wife's care again, in the future.

During the last 12 months, the entire team at Prestbury Care from management, office staff and carers have provided an excellent service in looking after my dear mum. She is 87 and has Alzheimer’s and mixed dementia. They show extreme empathy and care, whilst remaining professional at all times. Nothing
is too much trouble for the manager and their team, so I would highly recommend them and actually have done so to a couple of friends who are equally delighted with their service. Well done Prestbury.

A massive thank you to the manager and the team at Prestbury for providing our nan with great care. They are a family run business and pride themselves in supplying brilliant care. We were Prestbury's first live-in care package. We got to meet and select the carers which we thought would be the best
suited for our nan. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were a great support to us. A massive thank you must go to those who looked after our nan until the end. I have no hesitation in recommending Prestbury care, they are brilliant. Thank you.

I contacted the company as a state of emergency for night care for my 97-year-old mother who had had a fall and was unsafe to leave at night - the company immediately sent out two of their team and within an hour they had arranged night care for that night. Since that time they have provided continual
night care which has been excellent and I cannot give them enough praise for their kind attention to my mother - she, in turn, has been exceptionally pleased with the staff who have attended on her.
Unfortunately, we are now unable to continue with their services but in my view, as an ex-professional man I cannot commend them highly enough and I would recommend them without hesitation - thank you Prestbury Care.

The Care team have been very reliable and the management team very responsive. They have been able to provide me with reassurance via a telephone call when it appeared that my Mum might be taking a downturn and always contact my parents if they are going to be late. It is the little extras that set
them apart, for example watering Mum's hanging baskets and collecting items from the GP surgery. I would recommend their services to any family; they have made the difficult decisions seem so much more manageable.

My 100-year-old mother, suffering from dementia, was taken under your care in July 2018. She lived on her own in a bungalow and had a neighbour calling to assist her in her daily needs.
On contacting Prestbury Care, a care plan for my mother was set up for evening visits to prepare her and assist her
into bed. Time was spent talking to my mother making her relaxed and confident in their company.
Any initial teething problems soon settled down. Excellent help was immediately provided by the detailed carers. They were patient, caring and very kind to my mother who became very trusting and fond of them.
I would have no problems in highly recommending Prestbury Care to any person wishing the same treatment for themselves or relatives.
An excellent company who were very understanding and quick to respond to any request.

The team have been outstanding in their support for my parents. Nothing was too much trouble. They have gone beyond the call of duty in their support and we really could not have got through the last year without their support.
I have no hesitation in recommending their care. They have continued
to tailor the level of care needed to changing circumstances and it was always reassuring to know they were being cared for so well.

I am very grateful to all the team at Prestbury Care who did such a great job of caring for my mum. We only needed your services for 6 weeks before mum needed to be moved into residential care but you did your very best to keep her comfortable and at home for as long as you did. It was a very difficult
time for her and for the family and you supported us all at that time. Mum and the family miss the support and one to one care you provided and we know you all went above and beyond what we expected of you.

The whole Prestbury team have been great to my Mum, and the carers always put her needs first in a professional and friendly way, willing to understand her needs and help with all the things she can't manage any more. The management team have gone the extra distance too, keeping me informed when Mum
had a fall and making sure she got the right help. I can highly recommend Prestbury in all aspects of the way they operate, which is flexible, friendly, professional and good value.

My parents and I are extremely satisfied with the care provided by Prestbury. The management are both the ideal combination of professional and personable. Their staff are also very polite, professional and caring. The care package is tailored to my mother's particular requirements and it is this
personalisation that sets Prestbury apart. They are also very flexible and practical. I feel greatly reassured knowing that my parents (their caring approach includes my father too) are in such capable hands. Nothing is too much trouble either for staff or management. On the rare occasions that problems arise, we receive a prompt response and matters are resolved quickly without fuss or delay. Communication is regular and they welcome constructive feedback. Compared to other agencies, Prestbury is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend the manager and his team to anyone requiring care and support either for themselves or a family member.

I have been delighted with the service provided to my husband by Prestbury Care. When my husband was badly discharged from hospital late at night Prestbury Care came to our aid without hesitation. A truly first class service.

I engaged the services of Prestbury Care whilst recovering from a broken wrist. From the outset, the approach of the staff was caring, professional and well organised. The day to day carers were always punctual and respectful; they got on with tasks but did not lose sight of me as an individual. I found
Prestbury Care to be a thrusting young company with high ideals and dedication. In my experience, the service user was always the central and most important feature of their work and going "the extra mile" was second nature.
I would recommend them without reservation to anyone seeking long-term home care, or like me time-limited support.

This is a company who puts the clients' wishes first and provides the care requested. Carers are always polite and cheerful. Timekeeping of arrival is spot on and if the care goes over the allocated time they do not hurry you or get impatient and everything is left clean and tidy. As an ex-ward sister,
it reminds me of the way we cared for our patients back in the 1950's and is how I have cared for my husband until health has prevented me.
