My name is Victoria Leecy, I am the Operations Manager for Alcedo Care Blackpool. I have a variety of experiences in the health and social care sector. I have worked with children and adults in a wide range of settings from children’s homes, rehabilitation, support units, care homes and home care.

Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about the care and support of clients and always going that extra mile for staff and clients to ensure we provide person-centred care.

I have a passion to make a difference. Alcedo Care has given me the support to achieve the best possible outcomes for my team, the clients and my own professional development.

Outside of work, I am a mum to two boys to whom I devote all my time, I love to spend quality time with my family.

My name is Lisa Floyd, I am the Area Manager for Alcedo Care Blackpool.

With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in the health and social care sector, I have held diverse roles throughout my career, ranging from a healthcare assistant to a registered manager.

My educational journey led me to pursue and successfully complete both a foundation degree and a bachelor's degree in Health and Social Care from university.

As the manager, my primary responsibility is to facilitate and oversee compliance with the fundamental Standards across all regulated activities, sharing legal responsibilities with the provider.

Striving to exceed expectations, my focus while working at Alcedo Care is to ensure the delivery of a proficient and exceptional service to all our clients, thereby enriching the quality of their lives.

My name is Michaela and I’m the Deputy Manager for Alcedo Care Blackpool.

This is an industry that is new to me but I felt right at home as soon as I began my work out in the community.

I love to help people and love listening to people's stories and tales of their lives.

I began to think about my future development and looked into becoming an ambassador for my area but then I got an opportunity to join the fantastic office team and become a care coordinator so that I can continue to help and assist with clients' care packages and needs from behind the scenes.

My new role has me facing a lot of challenges daily but I have a lot of support and help from everyone in the office so that we can overcome obstacles as a team.

I have since been promoted to deputy manager and I am so proud to be a part of the management team.

My animals mean the world to me and they always manage to comfort me when I need it. I love to travel and always look forward to my next break away whether it is UK or international.

My name is Katie and I'm the supported Living House Supervisor for Alcedo Care Blackpool.

I have 14 years of experience working in adult social care and have worked in various different roles and settings. I have experience supporting adults who have learning disabilities and mental health, adults with complex care needs and elderly adults.

I have completed Level 4 in leadership and management and soon hope to start working towards Level 5 in health and social care.

I am passionate about providing person-centred care to all our clients and ensuring they have the best quality of life possible.

My name is Natalie and I am the Care Coordinator at Alcedo Care Blackpool. My role involves allocating our care workers to our clients, working with our staff’s availability, level of experience and specialist skills, and aligning them to our client’s needs.

My name is Taryn

My name is Peter and I’m the recruiter at Alcedo Care Blackpool. I work to fill our care jobs in Blackpool and the surrounding areas, and I’m the first person you’ll be in touch with when you look to join Alcedo Care as a Blackpool care assistant or support worker. My role is to work with our operation team to identify where we need more staff, post adverts and review applications. I carry out interviews and guide our potential future carers through the application and compliance process, ensuring we are bringing through the best calibre of care professionals to provide outstanding quality care to our clients.

I come from a background of sport from a young age, playing tennis to a high level and taking part in Action Sports all over the world. I started my working life in retail progressing up to management and then in the last year I have been working within the recruitment sector, recently joining Alcedo Care to help bring in quality Care staff for the Blackpool area, aligning with Alcedo’s aim of Enriching Lives and Supporting Independence.
