Within the packages of care, the team provide a full range of options from as little as 30 minutes a day to 24 hours live-in care and even ad-hoc calls because at Nexus Care Services they tailor bespoke care around your preferences, needs and requirements.

There are no hidden charges or fees, no additions, or long-term contracts and they only ever require 24 hours’ notice to increase or decrease your care or should you feel the services are not satisfactory, terminate the care.

They pride themselves on reliability, providing experienced carers and delivering exceptional care with reliability, punctuality, consistency, respect, and consideration the key drivers within the business.

In addition, they have their sister company; Nexus Home Retail in which they supply sensory and mobility impairment products to help make everyday life easier.

My father undertook all liaising with Nexus. Since his death, I have liaised and always found it easy to contact and any liaise has been efficient and responsive. Mum has had a more varied number of different carers than I feel is optimal but she has felt most of them have provided a very good, caring
service. The only improvement would be if she had more regular carers she likes best.

My friend utilised the services of Nexus Care Services for around 7 years. She was one of their first clients. Nexus not only helped her with personal care but also arranged ongoing support from the Council such as equipment to help her in daily life and also advocacy services. As the years went on
she required more personal care and assistance with cooking meals and washing etc. She also enjoyed meals and fun days out with carers. Nexus became her family whom she adored right until the very end. Sadly, she passed away peacefully at the age of 98 in Dec 2021 with all of her favourite carers right by her side. She always spoke very highly of Nexus.

Nexus Care have arranged for live-in care for my parents for over a year now. I am extremely pleased with the service they provide, not only ensuring that my parents have suitable carers but also their communication and organisation. They have been supportive to me during some difficult situations and
they are never to busy to talk.

I went to France leaving my husband and dog in the care of Nexus. I could not fault the service. I called every day and spoke to the carer and my husband who sounded happy and calm. The food provided was delicious and I returned to a happy husband and a dog who had had lovely walks. Thanks so much.

Good standard of service, however, let down by a larger number of different carers visiting Mum than agreed and visits being carried out outside of the agreed time windows. Nexus have committed to resolving these issues.

Truly professional carers, they do the job at hand and so much more. My father has late-onset of Alzheimer's, the cares having a full understanding of his condition treat him with empathy, compassion and respect. They leave me feeling that my father is receiving the best care available, allowing him

I was nervous at first relying on outside help to care for my wife who has MS. Nexus Care Services have been amazing and my wife looks forward to seeing her carer. I can hear them laughing together which is fantastic, she cheers my wife up, our carer is a super star and goes above and beyond for us

Carers are good at following remits and are very flexible with accommodating extra necessary requirements. They have all been kind to dad and treat him, mum and myself with good humour, honesty and respect. Proactive with medical diagnoses and will contact medical professionals without delay. They

My mother is very happy with Nexus services. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. The girls always have a little chat with her and have now formed a nice relationship. The only negative comment is that we would like to be informed when any of her food supplies are low before they run out to give
one of the family time to replenish.

The care provider has a good relationship with our aunt; they are patient, honest and trustworthy. Nothing is too much trouble; they also have suggestions that have been very helpful. Our aunt is a very difficult lady, but all the carers keep her in their stride.

We have been using Nexus for over 12 months now for the care of my mother. In that time we have found that all management and office staff are approachable and easy to work with. The carers are very caring and considerate of my mother's needs and wishes. On the whole we are very satisfied with the

Carers are only required for social contact, not personal care. They fulfil dad's needs by having an easy-going personality, friendliness and ease of conversation. Rotas maintain continuity of carers and adhere to the time frame for visiting. The administration team are approachable and efficient, demonstrating
dad's best interests.

Nexus Care Services have improved the quality of life for my parents. The daily visits, the cheerfulness of most of the staff and the care they receive have made a difference to all of our lives. Yes of course there are some difficulties, the timing isn't always great but the care is fabulous!

I have worked for Nexus for the last two years and progressed from being a part-time coordinator to managing a team of coordinators. I have been working in healthcare for the last 5 years, in a diverse range of industries (NHS, private, pharmaceutical), and I bring to the company a Media degree and extensive expertise in communications and problem-solving.


My role within the company apart from managing the team of coordinators is to manage the rotas for our Sutton Coldfield clients and carers and to make sure the day-to-day business runs like clockwork. My team is essentially the first point of contact for our carers and clients, so we pride ourselves on the customer service we provide, as well as on solving any urgent problems that might arise daily.
