Liban is our dedicated and ambitious manager here at Arale Care. Liban has been providing exceptional care for over 5 years now. Personalised care is extremely important to him as well as fostering a positive work culture. Liban is known for strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as his compassion to help the community at large. Liban is enthusiastic about his professional development as well as leading his team well. Outside of work, you will find him volunteering at community welfares, further enhancing his creative problem-solving skills.

Farhia is our Coordinator here at Arale Care. She has a strong track record of successfully managing events and cross-functional teams. Farhia is organised, detail-oriented and very dependable. She’s a great addition to our team here at Arale Care!

Mohamed is Safeguarding Lead here at Arale Care. His comprehensive skill set ensures the safety and wellbeing of all services users. With strong legal knowledge and extensive experience in safeguarding, Mohamed is adept at applying safeguarding guidance to protect vulnerable individuals.

Before coming to Arale Care as head of our HR department, she completed a Bachelor of Medicine. With around 4 years of clinical experience, she is vital to our team here at Arale Care. Having worked in HR teams across the health sector, she’s gained skills that she has transferred to her current role.

Jamal is our Training Manager here at Arale Care. He has worked in numerous sectors until he began lecturing in various colleges specialising in Health & Social Care, Business Administration, Customer Services and IT. Jamal has also helped trained people in employability skills and apprenticeship programmes. As the founder of Bright Star Training and Development, he works extremely hard to ensure we’re trained properly here at Arale Care.
