Some of the assistance they provide includes; personal hygiene care, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with shopping and running errands, planning and preparing meals, accompanying clients to medical appointments or social events, offering medication administration and reminders and providing companionship.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the team that cared for my mum.
Sadly, it was only for a short while, but from the very first moment the south regional manager and her team entered the house, to the last time, I knew my mum was in the best care possible.
It is hard to put into words my gratitude
towards all of the carers. In particular the regional manager, who was a breath of fresh air and had such positive energy; energy which my mum, despite being incredibly unwell, absorbed and returned! Seeing my mum's sharp wit back in the last days is something I will cherish and remember and this is in part due to the manager's approach and care.
My mum was always treated with dignity and respect and that care was always shown not only to Mum, but our whole family. We knew that we could rely on the team and on several occasions the regional manager visited or called in her own time, which is a reflection on how much care we were all given.
Once again, I am eternally grateful for you all. Your care will always be remembered.

The carers were amazing with our Mum even at difficult and testing times. Mum wouldn't have lived as long as she did without them. We couldn't have asked for better carers, they showed compassion, care and kindness and our family can't thank them enough.

I honestly cannot thank the team for looking after my great uncle. They really showed my uncle how to be looked after in his last years of life.
He was always clean, fed and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the team. Myself and my sister who looked after our uncle had previously come across
some poor care companies so we were very apprehensive but we couldn’t have found a better care team. Myself and my sister will be forever grateful for all that was done above and beyond for our uncle, in his last days they ensured he was never left alone and made him as comfortable as he could be. The communication was phenomenal and if there was ever any issue they would have it rectified within hours.

The carers really bring out the best in Mum, when she feels low they help to bring up her spirits. They look after her with care and we are very grateful for their support. At the moment, Mum had all of her family around to support when needed but the additional help of the carers means we can still

We are very satisfied with the care my son receives from his carer.
My autistic son, who is 18 years, goes out with his carer after school and she is so caring and empathetic too. She treats him with dignity and respect and allows him to make choices.
They go shopping, go to play, go to the library
or eat out sometimes. My son feels safe going out with her too.

The best company with the kindest, compassionate staff. Following a stroke, I was unable to walk and I was making mistakes with my medication. Chiltern Healthcare sent me a nurse who organised my medication and looked after me every day until the day I could walk again. I thank God now I am able to
walk and no longer require the care, all thanks to the lovely staff and management at Chiltern Healthcare. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs care. God bless you all.

The carers are all very nice and respectful they’re all very happy which is really nice, they ask if there’s anything else they can do before they leave. The times are sometimes hit and miss but otherwise very good.

The care and attention that my Mum and her partner receive from the ladies at Chiltern Healthcare is second to none.
