I have found the care from Choice Global to be excellent. The have a care plan set up for my individual needs. All the Carers have a wonderful attitude., being friendly, ready to change, or do anything, that I ask for, that falls under their duties. They are very caring and attentive. The management
are always ready to listen to any problems I may have, and do their best to sort things out. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I returned home after several months in hospital and was very worried about settling back into my flat. Upon arriving I was met by the manager of Choice Global. He really put me at ease and reassured me that his staff would help settle me back. The carers were there in the evening of my first night
and twice daily. I couldn't believe how courteous they were and of tremendous help with everything I requested to be done. Thanks to their support I feel very settled and daily look forward to their visits.

As a family, we have been so impressed with this care agency. The carer that looks after my father-in-law is lovely, she is cheerful, polite, understanding and has helped us be reassured that he is being looked after in his challenging circumstances. Our carers from Choice Global looked after my mum after she returned home from hospital after her stroke. I can only describe them as knowledgeable, kind and efficient and extremely experienced. They always left Mum with a smile on her face after each visit. They also handled her medicines and PEG feeding
tube. (Something I was very grateful for). Mum had to be lifted from her bed using a hoist which our carers managed very well.
It's a pity that I can't mention their names but I am very thankful that Mum had such lovely carers before she passed away.
