Thanks for feedback, but it appears you have given a poor review based on hearsay rather than facts. The information you have is incorrect. C2C are well established within Tamworth, as such, no focus is needed but C2C never compromise standards. After meetings with staff over revised availability and other issues it meant we had to hand packages back in line with CQC guidance or be prepared to provide substandard care at weekends as revised availability would have left calls uncovered, cut short or times changed which is not in anyone’s best interest.
Revised staff availabilities resulted in C2C handing packages back, but staff were advised that shifts would be available in either the reduced Burton area or Tamworth that would better suit their revised weekend availability.
We apologise for the upset but feel safe delivery of care is absolute priority and feel this is actually good management. Should you wish to discuss to allow a balanced view, please feel free to call.

Thanks for your feedback, however we find it contradictory saying care has been excellent until we had to serve notice yet rate the care / staff and overall Experience a 1 star. Also I know our office manager has always communicated effectively with you so unsure what part of management you’re unhappy with and question if this is down to us giving notice? In 2000 I achieved a diploma in management. I have been a registered care manager ever since working in different locations and care companies. I have worked in Staffordshire, Warwickshire, and Leicestershire during my time as a manager.
I have always been passionate and committed to care, I love my role I find it a very rewarding job, working my way up from the bottom gives me a great understanding of the roles in care.
