This is our third care company for Dad, and all I can say is that they are fantastic, they spend time actually talking to my dad, where the others never did! He may have dementia but he isn't stupid! If you just take the time to talk to him, you will get the best from him. All the team are caring, patient
and extremely kind. I thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic company, very friendly and thoughtful. They go above and beyond to look after my dad for which I am very grateful. As with all care companies there are some carers that are born to be carers and some that are 'doing a job' but that said, the staff here are all very attentive.

The manager and her team at Wise Care have been an absolute breath of fresh air for our mother. Mum is not an easy client, but Wise Care know exactly how to get the best out of Mum. They treat her with dignity and respect. And always have a little joke with her. We're always kept up to date with the
care package and what is going on at mum's house. With Wise Care we feel that mum is safe, happy, healthy, loved and cared for, which is a godsend as a family doesn't live nearby. Wise Care are always contactable and contact me if anything arises.

We have been using Wise Home Care for a number of years now and wouldn't change them, they are very reliable and understanding, Mum has dementia and nothing is too much trouble for them although she can be very demanding at times. The management keeps me informed of all her antics even though I don't
live in England. They provide me with all the information about her everyday life.

Note my review relates to the entire period you have been a care provider for my Uncle. Whilst I have only met a couple of carers I feel my Uncle has a good level of care across all carers.
My uncle can be a complex chap, with a range of things he needs support with.
The manager seems to be the key
person he wants contact with and she does a good job in trying to support my Uncle alongside her team.
She also goes above and beyond her hours to support my Uncle.

The service my aunt has received from Wise Home Care has been exceptional. My aunt has been in need of support for many years and has had Wise Home Care to assist her. The carers are excellent and fully understand her needs, treating her with compassion and dignity. The manager is extremely supportive
in all areas of her well-being, always approachable and goes that extra mile. We cannot praise them enough.

Excellent service and high standard of care, were always given to my dad. All staff cared for all my dad's needs in a professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always punctual, assessing Dad's care needs at each visit and informing the family if any issues required urgent attention.
The service would have continued if my dad's care needs could have been met at home, but recent circumstances have prevented this.
My dad spoke highly of all the staff, including management, nothing could be too much trouble.
I would certainly highly recommend this care provider.

We needed a care provider for my dad coming home from care, the team at Wise Home Care were helpful and professional throughout. They came to meet my dad beforehand to ensure they could meet his needs and the carers that visited were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my dad decided to go back into care
for various reasons but I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service in the future.

Working with dementia clients is very hard and challenging due to the client's behaviour. This is respected by staff at all times. Staff are helpful and support mum as best they can depending on mum's mood.

My mum received excellent care and all of the carers had time to listen to what she wanted doing. The manager was very helpful and friendly, as were the other staff members, but the manager particularly could never do enough for her. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a career.

Overall I am extremely happy with the care that is provided by Wise Home Care. The carers are brilliant and fully understand the needs required. They go above and beyond their duty and there is an excellent relationship between the carer(s) and father-in-law. The manager is brilliant and very easy to
talk to. She will even pop out to visit if I have any concerns with my father-in-law and will put our minds at ease. Very professional and compassionate company.
