Since 2021 Newcross have been the care agency for our son. Our son has complex medical needs due to his severe genetic condition. He was an inpatient in hospital for 6 months last year and on discharge, we were introduced to the lovely staff from Newcross.
We have been supported to such a high standard,
with a holistic approach to include all of our needs, not just our sons. Newcross have communicated well with other agencies and have gone the extra mile for our family. We don't know how we could do life without the support of Newcross staff now.
If I had to describe Newcross in 3 words they would be Life-saving, exceptional and dedicated.
