They treated my godmother with respect, and consideration at all time. They encouraged her independence, where possible, and involved her in decision making. They treated her as an
All the staff over the eleven months were equally lovely. It's obvious that the manager is very selective on who she employs and it's evident in the high standard of care demonstrated.
The team continued to look after my godmother, providing an amazing standard of end of life care. They enabled her wish to die in her own home. The level of communication with me, throughout the eleven months, was excellent.
I have nothing but praise for such a dedicated, caring and compassionate team. I feel very lucky to have found them and had them care for my godmother, who meant so much to me.
