When Mum broke her elbow, Caremark quickly arranged around the clock, 24-hour live-in care. The staff are always professional and friendly and always accommodate my requests. If your loved one needs a little help in their own home, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caremark.

Good morning people, I would like to say that Caremark is an amazing care provider.
They are very friendly and helpful souls. They greet you with a cheery hello when they come through your front door.
They always ask if you would like a cup of tea or coffee.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
They treat you with dignity and respect. They are someone who you can have a laugh and chat with, and most of the time they have a smile on their face too.
They will do whatever you ask of them within reason.
They have made my life so much more easier. It in turn has lifted my mood too. There is light at the end of the tunnel again thanks to their help.
I would definitely recommend them to people.

This has been our family’s first experience of arranging care and the care coordinator was very helpful and reassuring in explaining options and putting things in place promptly for us. The carers are professional and caring and some, in particular, have gone the extra mile to understand my father’s
preferences and to suggest additional ways they could help. They have done a great job helping him to get back to doing many things for himself and the service has been very flexible in adapting as his needs have changed.

The care team looking after my aunt have been caring and kind at all stages. I’m always kept informed which is so important to us as we do not live locally but also it helps us to gauge the level of my aunt's illness so we can pass this on to professionals working with us.

Caremark has looked after me for eight months now, the care is very good, and all the carers bend over backwards for me. They visit me four times a day and do my shopping, without them I would be very lost.

I receive care from Caremark and have done for around eighteen months. All the carers are very nice, especially a few selections of my regular carers, which I look forward to coming.
Since I have been with the new manager she has done more for me than anyone else had done and I cannot fault them in
any way.
They have been absolutely brilliant!
I would recommend Caremark to anyone seeking similar care for their loved ones.

We started with Caremark a couple of years ago when Mum came out of hospital needing evening care to help with medication and getting to bed. At the time she was independent through the night. Following another hospital admission, she now needs 24-hour care, which we mainly cover as a family but Caremark
have been invaluable in providing nightcare several times a week. Mum was very anxious about having carers at all but with time and the consistency of the same carers who suit Mum, they have formed a bond with her (and us) and she is much happier. The carers we have obviously love their work and this shows in their treatment and care of Mum. The office staff are friendly, easy to contact (at any time) and when issues have arisen, they have been dealt with quickly. Overall, we have found Caremark to be flexible, reliable and most importantly we are happy to leave Mum in their care.

My elderly father has vascular dementia and mobility problems and Caremark have looked after him for a number of years. Initially, only a morning visit to get him up, washed, dressed and given breakfast. Then as time went on more care was needed and eventually, Caremark visited 4 times a day ranging
from getting Dad up, to getting him to bed.
I found Caremark to be responsive wherever possible to any family needs/requests and answered calls day or night, seven days a week. In addition, the carers were very caring and took time to sit with my father and chat with him, while encouraging him to either get out of bed or wash some days.
I hope all families are fortunate enough to get such a caring and well-organised care support provider for their parents.

My grandad got to a point where he needed carers, and there's no other company that I would have gone with. Caremark has been amazing, from staff to management, they have been faultless from the moment Grandad came out of the hospital. All the carers have been so lovely, caring and professional. The
management has been amazing from the start, answering any questions we have had and making sure everything was set up for Grandad. I would highly recommend Caremark Welwyn and Hatfield to anyone looking for care.

We started using Caremark (Welwyn and Hatfield) to provide care for my grandmother two weeks ago. Grandma is extremely happy with the support being provided, the carers are extremely friendly, professional and have been doing so well to encourage Grandma to help herself and supported her in tasks that
she finds difficult. The office staff are also extremely helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this care company to anyone looking for home care.

Caremark (Welwyn and Hatfield) took over from my dad's previous carer late last year. From the first moment when we met them, we were put at ease. Everything was carefully explained to us, and all our questions were answered. From the top management to the carers themselves, Caremark are extremely professional,
caring, friendly, discreet and provide an exceptional level of care to my father. There is not one bad experience to be had from any of the carers. They seem to genuinely love their jobs, and enjoy caring for my dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the carers even make sure I’m looked after!
I would highly recommend Caremark.

I have been my brother's main carer for several years and needed an agency that could help me with his needs. I had a newborn at the end of 2019 and just couldn't keep on top of it all. We started using Caremark (Welwyn and Hatfield) in January/February 2020 and the difference it has made has been incredible.
They
check on my brother every day and make sure he's taken his medication, eaten and is generally okay. They help with his cleaning and putting his weekly shopping away when it's delivered. Caremark really have gone above and beyond with my brother's care and I can't rate them highly enough. My brother is in his 30's and has a neurodegenerative brain disease which impacts his memory and motor skills amongst other things. He's stubborn, anxious and uncomfortable around people he doesn't know, but the staff at Caremark have been amazing with him and have really put him at ease. The fact that he's happy to see them each day speaks volumes.
To the management and all the staff at Caremark - thank you!

My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer only 3 weeks ago. Caremark were appointed to me through the emergency services. They have been so caring, reliable and considerate both to my mum and myself.
It is my first experience of using carers and they already feel like my own family. They not only
give Mum the care and respect she deserves, they also support me emotionally and offer advice when needed. Also, the managing staff have been so supportive. Thank you for easing this very difficult time for both of us. I would highly recommend them.

I love my regular carers they go above and beyond for me. I really look forward to seeing them and I don’t know what I’d do without them. All office members are extremely helpful and they even come out to visit me when they can. Most of the team are like family to me.

This is the first time in my life that I have had to use a care service but a couple of years ago I had a heart attack, I then lost my wife to cancer and then I had a back injury. I asked for a care service to come in and was referred to Caremark. My case was discussed and it took little time for equipment
to be arranged and the care to be in place.
The thing with Caremark is they truly care. The compassion and love they give is unmatchable.

What can I say about Caremark Welwyn and Hatfield? Unfortunately, there are not enough superlatives in the English language to do justice to express my undying gratitude to the loving and kind care that my mother is receiving from the team that are supporting her. My mother suffered a stroke and never
regained normal speech or the ability to weight bear. I had a very poor and bad experience with a previous company, who convinced the doctor that she was aggressive (although I never experienced any aggressive or untoward behaviour. It was just "easy" for them to keep her drugged to the eyeballs and completely bed-bound with no dignity whatsoever. Thankfully, they were replaced with Caremark. For the first time in months, she enjoyed a proper shower, used a commode, wore clothing apart from nighties. She is hoisted to sit in her recliner chair to enjoy her garden and is treated with respect, dignity and kindness. Thank you Caremark - you are true heroes.
