Sarah's Carers is a local family run business based in Suffolk that offers clients access to 40 years experience in Care.

At Sarah's Carers the mission is clear:

Every single customer has a bespoke and dedicated care plan that ensures everything is as the customer wants and needs, this ranges from meal preparation and personal care through to how much milk they like in their tea.

The care my husband receives is excellent. Being a nurse lead group they have skin integrity at the top of their list, they listen to my husband’s needs and care for him accordingly. There is no rushing and if they go over the time they still make sure that everything is right. It has helped me tremendously
over the past six years as they are here for me as well and I am safe in the knowledge that my husband is being looked after well, they are part of our family. I would highly recommend the company to anyone needing support for help around the house, company, and of course, personal care of which I can say has been much better than companies we used before having Sarah’s Carers.

I was personally recommended Sarah's Carers by a neighbour of my father as care was required and fairly quickly as my father is registered blind and has dementia. From the first phone call into the office to the manager who then visited and set-up the care package, to the carrying out of the care all
has gone smoothly. Now after 12 months I can say that the team have provided a very good and caring service. They do seem a very caring team, all are friendly and knowledgeable. They have also offered sensible advice. I have never had to deal with a person with the conditions that my father has but the team has and it comes through that they know what they are doing time and time again. Thank you. The team use an app that is updated after every visit and I can read how my father is and it is also used for messages for myself and it works both ways, I can also add messages myself which has proved very useful. I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah's Carers.

Sarah's Carers have provided personal care for my 99-year-old mother for more than three years, enabling her to continue to live independently in her own home. Without exception, every carer provides a professional, reliable and cheerful service. As a family, we appreciate the peace of mind we have
knowing Sarah's Carers will visit every morning.

I have been receiving care from Sarah’s Carers for a number of years and during this time I’ve had no reason to complain about the care that I receive. Every carer performed their duties in a very professional manner, always maintaining very high standards. They are reliable, trustworthy and considerate
of individual's needs which gives me a great deal of reassurance. During the COVID pandemic, they have adhered to the guidelines exactly, using PPE at all times, making sure that the clients are protected and of course, themselves.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah’s Carers, each and every one of the carers I meet are kind, understanding, nothing is too much trouble. A thoroughly excellent organisation.

We have found every aspect of dealing with Sarah's Carers to be excellent, from the friendly, efficient and professional care team right through to the administration. Life is a lot more manageable with the assistance they provide. Everyone involved with the organisation seems extremely helpful and
their positive attitude towards everything is very impressive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the care they provide.

My father has been using the services of Sarah’s Carers for several years. It enables him to stay independent in his own home.
The carers are always happy and willing to do anything he needs help with. He looks forward to their daily visits.
