It has always been a pleasure to help you and we have shared many a laugh (I am smiling right now remembering one particular story) and I still value the constructive comments and support you gave in the early days of Sarah's Carers. I remember well the real concern you had about receiving care to start with so it's good to know the team have helped overcome that and made a difference. I was also grateful for the interest you took when you knew life was a struggle for me on a personal basis. Not the average client/business relationship but based on mutual respect.
