They also offer Live-In care, meaning that you have a member of their Care and Support staff living with you to personally assist you in your home. They will able to provide full-time support which fits completely around your own needs and routines. This gives you greater control over your day, allowing you to enjoy much more choice and flexibility.

The manager and her team have gone above and beyond in supporting and caring for my Mums wellbeing. I cannot thank them enough.
They communicate with me daily so I am confident Mum is safe and well.
The care they provide is excellent, the care team always have a smile on their face and demonstrate
professionalism, kindness and patience.

Myself and my family are incredibly grateful for the support that we have received from Caremark East Hertfordshire & Broxbourne over the past 6 months. Without exception, the carers have been excellent, dedicated, delightful and happy to go the extra mile to ensure that my father is comfortable, safe
and cared for. Additionally, my mother has grown in confidence and spirit as a result of the support and attention that she has received from these wonderful people.
We would completely recommend this company, who have made our potentially, difficult situation far more manageable.

Caremark are outstanding on two levels. First, the carers are exemplars of the skill of caring, a skill underlain by their deep compassion for their clients. The carers were gentle, kind, efficient and safety conscious. I was pleased to see my wife, their client, smile at them on arrival, she doesn't
speak. Moreover, the carers became good friends both to my wife and to me her husband and amateur carer. They were free with their advice and guided me as I learnt how to care better for my wife.
Second, the management team took time to get to know my wife and her deteriorating condition and were genuinely concerned for her. Selflessly they briefed me about the NHS Continuing Health Care programme, in the full knowledge that the care contract may not be awarded to them. They explained the process and helped me prepare for the assessments; in the end my wife was fast-tracked onto Continuing Health Care Programme. Caremark clearly put their clients' interests above those of their own. I could not have negotiated the Continuing Health Care without their help.

We have been pleased with the service provided by every single carer, which is quite a statement! Friendly, understanding, professional and reliable every time. I have been pleased with my communication with Caremark. Emails are replied to quickly and efficiently. Phone calls always answered. Changes
to service are notified in advance- we can't ask for more than that! Caremark comes highly recommended. Keep up the good work!

My mum's initial care package was for four weeks as she returned from hospital being completely bed bound and suffering from bouts of confusion/delirium due to an infection and her dementia. The team came in four times a day to wash and dress her, change bedding, give her medication etc. They also chatted
to her about things in her life and made her feel comfortable which she enjoyed. The team also supported my Dad with guidance and allowing him the chance to talk to someone other than family about what was going on as well as making sure he wasn't neglecting his own needs. As my mum deteriorated towards the end of her life, the carers and management team were in constant contact with me to make sure I was aware of her needs and condition. On the evening of my mum's passing, one of the management team came round early to sit with my dad and family, support us through her final hours. The whole team were amazing and made this traumatic time much easier to deal with. Thank you to all of them.

My dad's initial care was two visits a week to support with tasks he could no longer manage. Despite being in his 90s, he was a man who knew what he wanted and the carers were extremely sensitive as he adjusted from complete independence to requiring increasing levels of support. They allowed him to
be 'in charge' and he appreciated that. Two and a half years later, he had six visits a day and overnight sits to support him in his wish to spend his last days at home. Throughout, Caremark have been wonderful. We never felt it was 'just a job' for any of the team. He was always treated with compassion, respect and genuine kindness. The office staff are great - professional, reassuring, open to change and always at the end of a phone in times of crisis. My dad often said that he had 'lost' most of his friends because he had outlived them, but that he gained new friends in his carers. I recommend Caremark wholeheartedly. Thank you. We couldn't have done it without you.

Everyone, from office staff to carers, treated us with kindness and compassion. A mother, with some very cross episodes of personability due to her dementia, was always treated with kindness, care and opportunity to calm down and accept the care that was being offered. The carers' understanding of how
to care for a person with dementia was exceptional.
We felt part of a 'team' who always had the best interests of Mum at heart. Contact with us was excellent. At all times, we felt everyone went the extra mile to do all they could to support Mum. I cant recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

My husband had four weeks care following his discharge from hospital with very poor mobility. I was advised that he should not go upstairs to bed to had so put a bed in the sitting room which became crowded with frame, commode and wheelchair. But the carers coped admirably with the less than idea conditions
in which to work. They treated him with dignity and amiability throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their helping could not be faulted and they were at pairs to the positive about his progress although his illness is terminal. Every one of them treated our home with respect and both of us with kindness and much thoughtfulness.

Mum’s care went above and beyond. Mum got to know her regular ladies and enjoyed chatting to them. The Caremark team are extremely professional and caring and enabled Mum to remain in her flat until her health deteriorated where she then required more complex nursing care. Simply wonderful, care, kindness, understanding and patience towards my mother is of the highest and a professional standard, we, as family, could not ask for more. Always there if we need advice or guidance.
Mum would love to keep to two or three care workers, who seem to work well with her and have
a very good understanding of her needs and she loves the fact that they keep to their time schedule.
All we would like to say is a big thanks as we don't know what we would do without you.

Mum needed care at home after being in hospital for 3 weeks. Social Services placed my mum's care through Caremark. The service has been fantastic. Care was put into place very promptly. All the carers who visited were so empathetic and well trained. They discovered issues with the equipment my mum
was sent home with and organised for this to be rectified through the occupational therapist. Mum is so happy to be at home with the support of her carers, they are always on time and ready to go that extra mile when she needs them. I am able to check in on her every day through the amazing app they have. With Caremark I always have that peace of mind that my mum will receive the best.

Caremark are amazing! Since my dad was discharged from hospital up until he needed to be moved to a care home, Caremark has supported him with exceptional care. He required four visits of two carers a day to meet his needs. The carers that cared for Dad were on time and even made it when there was snow
on the ground and most everyone else was stuck. The carers were caring, compassionate and treated Dad as the individual he is, always considering his needs and wishes and those of my mum. They made every effort to learn about Dad's previous hobbies, likes and dislikes so they could engage with him in a meaningful way. The managers at Caremark are approachable and responsive and communicate well when needed. It's fair to say that having Caremark on board made a very difficult situation manageable and enabled my parents to stay together at home for as long as possible. On behalf of my family, I would like to say a big 'thank you' for all you have done over the last fourteen months.

My partner needed end-of-life support at night. We were recommended to Caremark by his nursing team. Caremark supported my partner with night care for the final week of his life. When I called them, they came out the same day to do a very detailed assessment of all his needs and wishes and put the care
in place to start the following night. The care assistant they provided was so loving, caring and well-trained. She made my partner's final moments of his life so comfortable. I only wish I had found them earlier.

Caremark cared for my mum for nearly a year and a half until, unfortunately, it was no longer safe for her to be at home due to her advanced dementia. That being said, she would not have been able to stay at home as long as she did without Caremark. They were so compassionate and caring and found ways
to engage with Mum despite her deterioration. She was always so joyful when they visited her. A big thank you to the carers and management who highlighted concerns straight away and helped put in place actions to keep her safe and happy at home. Caremark is the most professional company, yet they make their patients, staff and their families all feel like we are one big family with a common goal. You will be missed by both the family and Mum. Thank you.

My father-in-law was cared for by Caremark for nearly a year while he was on end of life care. He was in his mid-90s and had advancing dementia and became bed-bound. I can honestly say I would recommend this company to anyone requiring similar care. The staff are all kind, gentle, thoughtful and generally
caring. At all times when they attended to him, they would talk to him and explain what they were doing and they were gentle while washing, changing, and feeding him. They would make suggestions regarding anything that might be done to help him and always kept in close contact with myself or his son regarding his welfare and needs. The staff were all good-natured and professional, happy to assist with anything to make his life comfortable during his care. My father-in-law passed away recently but I shall really miss the superb team who looked after him.

I only had Caremark provide my aunt's care in her final few months. I must say I was blown away by how fantastic the care assistants are. They are friendly, dedicated, professional and well trained. My aunt created a great affinity with them. Their understanding of dementia and end of life was great
and certainly educated us as a family to support better during the times of day they weren't attending. I wish we had found Caremark sooner. Thank you to the whole team.
