Comfort Care At Home is an award-winning and local domiciliary care provider, working to support and provide high-quality care for people in their own homes.

Their goal is to help your loved ones to stay happily in their own homes for longer. They promote their independence whilst supporting them with the tasks they are no longer able to do alone.

They chase your healthcare professionals such as GPs and district nurses to get appointments and referrals, and they keep your loved ones safe by managing the ordering, disposing and inventory of their medication.

Comfort Care At Home uses the latest technology solutions to monitor their well-being, which can be viewed by you and them anywhere around the world. They receive alerts immediately on their system if your loved one refuses medication or won’t eat.

They have a 5 minute rule so if your care professional is running late by 5 minutes or more, they will let you know so you don’t have to worry. Comfort Care At Home also uses WhatsApp group chats to communicate with you about your loved ones.

This agency looked after my father for the last 18 months of his life and made a huge difference to his welfare in that period. All of the team demonstrated considerable patience, care and understanding with his deteriorating condition and needs. They also made a big difference for my mother who was
becoming less able to look after my father. Communication with the team was excellent throughout and it was a massive relief to know that my father was in such good, professional hands.

This agency has been looking after my Mum for almost 15 months over which time they have always been punctual, courteous and respectful. The value for money the service has provided has been excellent. My mother has dementia and needs a little bit more prompting in some areas, and the staff have always
been very patient and understanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency who have shown total reliability and integrity throughout the time they have been working with us.

I like this company very much. All the carers are very kind to me and I especially like the fact that they are punctual. If they are ever running late they will always let me know so that I don't feel worried. They help me with personal care and medication. I really like chatting with them and hearing

As a family, last year was stressful to say the least and after experiencing some very poor care for our mother, we were delighted to find this care agency. They have been caring and professional from the start. Communication between the carers and family is outstanding and all queries are dealt with
quickly and efficiently by the management team. My mum feels comfortable and relaxed with each of the carers who treat her with genuine warmth and dignity. She looks forward to their visits throughout the day and we are very grateful for their ongoing and cheerful presence!

This agency has been providing support to my elderly friend and neighbour for the past seventeen months. The team who visit are excellent. They are very professional, knowledgeable and are very keen to assist in whatever way they can. My friend very much enjoys their company, particularly during the

I only have praise for this care agency. The manager and carers are excellent at keeping me informed of any issues that arise. They are proactive, they take my uncle to hospital and doctor appointments, contact and chase the doctors and pharmacy on his behalf as well as performing intimate care needs
and cook meals. They go the extra mile and really care about him as an individual.

Assistance for myself and partner. The detail of the care is primarily governed by my partner and is related to care in our home. The help received relates to cooking and light tidying and has generally been very satisfactory with the carers receptive to our comments and suggestions.

My mother and I worked with this agency over Jan - March 2019 due to my Mother's Dementia, they were always very professional, kind, courteous and on time. They were a great support in a time of difficulty and subsequently I recommended them to my in-laws who now have them as their regular carers. They
were very good communicator's and with the personal What's App group, log book and online care, access is never far away.

I am paralysed and need help with everyday activities in order to maintain my independence. The carers from this Home Care agency were by far the most professional and competent carers that I have had experience with, in the last 12 years. I very much appreciated their attention to detail and their
considerate approach. They clearly aim to understand their clients' needs and wishes and as well as being incredibly helpful, they were a pleasure to have in the house.

The team have immeasurably improved my mother’s quality of life. They are proactive, practical and immensely caring. They have developed relationships with my mother's doctors, they arrange and take her to doctors appointments. They cook with her and take the time to chat and find out about her hobbies
eg flower arranging. I would thoroughly recommend this Home Care Agency to anyone. My brother and I are hugely grateful that our mother is being so well looked after.

I have previously used the services of a multi-national (Polish/English) live-in care service and now, during partial post-operative recovery, using this visiting care service. I am delighted with the service provided so far and would have no hesitation in recommending this care service to others in
similar need. The carers have been very helpful, considerate, efficient and trustworthy - their timekeeping is startlingly reliable. I will be sad to lose their services at the end of the planned period at the end of June.

What inspired me to found Comfort Care At Home®? I grew up in a household living with my grandmother and an aunt who had certain physical disabilities. I witnessed the importance of home care professionals first-hand and the impact they had on my family’s quality of life and peace of mind. My personal experience helped me shape what high-quality care should be: from the caring and kind-hearted staff we recruit to the standards to which we work. I wanted to help older people live happily and safely in their own homes longer, and this is why I launched my company.


I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I have worked for a number of years in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in conditions and diseases many older people are living with, such as diabetes, nutrition disorders, cancers, and many more. I am a Dementia Friends Ambassador and committed to making a positive difference to people living with dementia.


I have always enjoyed being involved in the community, from volunteering to raising money for charities. I was appointed as a Trustee for Re-Engage, a charity that works within communities to end social isolation and loneliness in older people.

I completed a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design and was initially hired to devise and implement the digital marketing strategy. I have taken on additional responsibilities such as finding kind and caring staff to join our team and supporting the office team with administrative tasks.


I have a huge passion for the art of writing; I have written content for charities along with a radio station. I believe that knowledge is power, and this is why I am writing two children’s books to encourage young minds to read and be critical thinkers.


Seeing the impact that Comfort Care At Home® has in the local community, I decided to undergo training to be a Care Professional along with my other roles within the company. I enjoy working with such a supportive and fun team and embrace the goal of the company to put a smile on people’s faces.
