I have used Radfield Home Care to help care for an elderly vulnerable relative with dementia. Most times things are satisfactory. I have rung the office on occasion to query some things and my queries have been dealt with satisfactory.
We have had to make changes to accommodate the carer's requests
around medication. We are not totally sure what happens as our relative has a very short memory.

What a 'team'. I can not fault the care, staff and support that has been given to my brother-in-law. 1st class, completely exemplary - all of the team are considerate, conscientious; they do an incredibly difficult job currently but have at all times kept him at the centre of their focus.

I have been extremely satisfied with Radfield Home Care. All my carers are well trained, caring, supportive and encouraging. I never feel rushed, I always feel safe. They always check I have everything I need and help with lots of tasks. I feel so lucky to have found Radfield Home Care.

The family are very grateful for the care and dedication the staff have given to my mother over the last 5 months especially during the difficult times of Covid 19. We have had peace of mind knowing mum has had her regular daily visits to attend to her needs as we were limited to the visits we could

The service I receive from Radfield Home Care is excellent. I have 3 main carers who know my needs and are instantly aware of my needs on a day to day basis. The office staff are equally as caring and all contacts are dealt with perfectly.

All my carers are fantastic. They go above and beyond what I've always known or my carers from other agencies.
My whole care package is looked at in a holistic way. Not only do the carers help me stay in my home with personal care and cooking but I get to go out with them for coffee, shopping etc.
I feel all my physical, emotional needs are met. They are all amazing and just have my best interests at heart.

Matthew

Matthew Nutting

Job Title: Director / Registered Manager

Joined: 2018

Matthew holds a vast amount of experience in the care sector. After qualifying in 2012 as an Occupational Therapist, he has worked in a variety of community based roles in both the NHS and private sector and more recently has been the manager of Harrogate and Ripon’s community nursing and therapy teams.


Not only is Matthew a health care professional, but he is also a proud husband of a registered nurse. Health care is their family business, and Matthew is not only passionate about providing quality client centred care but also dedicated to providing a market-leading workplace for carers.


Matthew has always been committed and passionate about providing high quality care to individuals, however, he is always keen to look at new ways of enhancing and enriching people’s lives and creating memories that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.


Liz

Liz Morritt

Job Title: Care Manager

Joined: 2019

Liz has 20 years of experience working in the care sector in a variety of roles including volunteer, support worker, senior support worker and in 2006 became the registered manager of a residential home for adults with learning disabilities. This position afforded Liz the opportunity to really make a difference to the residents and staff by ensuring they were at the heart of everything they did.


Liz joined Radfield Home Care Harrogate, Wetherby and North Yorkshire in March 2018 as she felt it was time for a new challenge and had heard very positive feedback about Radfield.


Liz explains, “My aim is to support the growth of the business whilst maintaining the ‘family values’ that Radfield Home Care pride themselves on, and continuing to develop a highly skilled staff team who deliver high quality, personalised care."


Outside of work Liz enjoys cooking, spending time with her partner and their daughter and catching up with friends and family.


Leah

Leah Coates

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Joined: 2018

Leah has worked in the care sector for almost 10 years, working mainly as a support worker. Leah also has experience working in many different care environments, supporting people who live with dementia, learning disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviour and mental health needs.

Leah explains, “After having my son and going back to work part-time for just over a year I decided it was time for a new challenge and progress my career in the care sector.”


Leah joined Radfield Home Care Harrogate, Wetherby and North Yorkshire in July 2018 as a care supervisor and a few months into that role, progressed to care coordinator and then Deputy Manager completing her ‘Assessors Award’ soon after.


Leah explains, “I am passionate about supporting people to stay in their own homes as long as possible and the care we provide is second to none! It was the best decision I made joining Radfield Home Care as the training has been the best I have ever had, and I am learning new skills all the time.”


Leah oversees the timings and quality of care delivered to our clients and ensures that everything is working smoothly.
