All of the team of carers are caring, efficient, calming and full of compassion and empathy. They are, in short, "angels". I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for my sister and myself.

Palliative care for my husband enabled him to remain at home in his final days. The carers were very kind and caring and always made my husband feel relaxed and comfortable. A couple of the carers felt more like friends after over 2 months of caregiving.

Passion Home Care team came to support my terminally ill mother to remain at home during her illness. The whole team were amazing so kind, caring and professional. I can not thank them enough for enabling us to grant my mother her last wish to stay at home until the end. Their support was invaluable.
We would not have managed without them - thank you!

I have been extremely impressed by the quality of care provided by the manager and both girls. His knowledge and expertise are outstanding and his attention to detail is excellent. I have been involved in the process and have been kept informed the whole time. The care and consideration shown to my
wife has been second to none.

Following an 8-week hospital admission, our Dad returned home unable to stand or walk without considerable help and equipment.
Previously he had been independent with a lot of domestic support. We were anxious about care agency input as we had managed Dad's care needs ourselves.
The agency have been
excellent visiting Dad 4 times a day. He reports that the staff are very good and importantly he likes them. To date, he has been well cared for and the agency staff keep us well informed of any changes.

I find the carers very focused on my father when seeing to his needs. They are caring towards him and very polite to others, i.e. family members. They make sure we are happy with everything and that Dad is comfy and has everything done.
