From start to finish, I found using your company simple, efficient, and cautious at all times. It enabled us to have a long-awaited short break without having to worry about my Mother-in-law whilst we were away. Our list of requirements was followed to the full, therefore, ensuring her continuous needs
were met in the absence of my wife. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and I would certainly have no qualms in recommending these services to anyone.

Caremark cared for me when I was coming out of the hospital, their care workers were patient and reliable. The caring staff helped me find my independence whilst giving me the support I required. Overall, their services were amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring care.

On a few important issues, I would say I'm happy with the service but at the same time due to inconsistencies in other areas I will say the service given to my mother is okay with a massive room for improvement. Management is efficient but some carers should not be carers due to lack of initiative and
laziness. Overall standard I would prefer to state is between poor and satisfactory but I feel it would be unfair to say as there has been a few positives and more recent improvements. Well done to the management for dealing with certain difficult matters highlighted and taking improvement ideas onboard.

I personally cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care we get from Caremark (Lewisham) on a daily basis during their home care visits. They show professionalism and sensitivity at all times. The management within the office is outstanding and I have been helped and supported on a number of
occasions when my mother has needed extra care at very short notice. They have never let me down and have gone out of their way to satisfy my request and always provide the support and care that we depended upon.
