Their bespoke service is individual and personalised for all clients so they can ensure their caring, carefully selected and fully trained staff deliver service to the client’s preference.

They provide home visits from 1hour to 24hours a day so care never feels rushed whether it’s a friendly face to call by for a social visit or perhaps more complex support with personal care or dementia care they can help. At The Great Care Company, they take time to match carers to clients based on personality and interest. Before leaving the care home (22 months postoperative) I made enquiries about a care company to choose as I had had a bad experience in my previous care and my mother's too. I gathered that I should look no further than The Great Care Company and after a preliminary interview as to my requests and concerns,
I signed the contract. There was a 14 day cooling-off period after commencement of the contract and I can truthfully say that within a few days I could honestly report that the team of carers are truly exceptional and the humour and exemplary care has given me two hours of pleasure in what otherwise would be a pretty depressing scenario as locked in with minimal, but improving mobility and a host of other medical problems. The carers both young and more senior make my day and we laugh, discuss a plethora of subjects and genuinely enjoy each others company. So if that is what you need in your care then these are the ladies for you. They may be more expensive but you get what you paid for!

The Great Care Company has totally changed my friend's life from being one of hopeless dejection and misery due to his terminal illness.
They have done this from the management team through to the carers who visit him every day. Their unstinting care and professionalism shine through in every aspect
of their work.
They have together raised my friend's expectations and outlook on the rest of his life and through their care, have enabled him to come to terms with his expected death in the not too distant future. They have cheered him up. They are there for him.
I have had personal contact with senior management and many of the carers and have found all of them very competent, outstandingly caring and prepared to go the extra mile. Nothing is to much trouble.
I have power of attorney for my friend's health welfare and finance. I found this an onerous task until the company took over. What a weight they took off my shoulders.
They have also offered help to me and my wife in the current coronavirus epidemic.

An amazing company, they can not do enough for my parents.
Being away from my parents, it is a huge reassurance to know that a professional is visiting every morning. They take care of Dads personal care, which means my mum can relax while they are there. I trust them totally, in my parent's house,
and with their needs.
They are totally reliable, never letting us down. They keep in constant contact with myself, enquiring about their service if anything needs changing. Setting up with them was thorough, they ensured they fully understood Dads needs and wishes. Reviews are held regularly to amend this if wanted.
My parents look forward to their daily visits, as much as a close friend visiting.
Worth every penny.

Highly committed, trustworthy team who find best fit solutions to meet our Mother’s needs. Very caring staff who looked after our Father during the end of his life whose needs changed rapidly and were all met quickly and with great compassion.

The Great Care Company have looked after my parents as live-in care, full time. My father passed away at the end of 2019, and my mother is now at home by herself, still with full-time live-in care.
This care by the company is excellent in every way. The carers do all daily needs for my mother for
her personal care and all the catering. They also give my mother’s dog daily walks.
The carers are very reliable, honest and so kind.
All this excellent service is such a joy and help to the family.
The company is very easy to be in touch with and if there is a problem this is sorted straight away.

Such a breath of fresh air. Excellent service, very professional and very caring. Nothing is too much for carers, and the management is great. With everything that is going, it’s very reassuring to have a company like them.

The carers that come in to see my neighbour have been great. They are so friendly to him, and nothing is ever too much. He can be a difficult character at times, but they really have him figured out and always get him laughing, which is nice to see since his wife died last year. Really - they are brilliant

My mother has now had home carers for the nearly twelve months and I have nothing but praise for the company. Previous to changing, my brother, sister, and myself were very concerned that mum was struggling to look after herself in her own home and yet she desperately wanted to stay. The new carers
have made this possible and she has improved markedly under their excellent care. With the presence of COVID-19 the fact that she is still in her own home gives us all extra peace of mind.

My mum is visited three times a week by the carers from The Great Care Company. They are very caring towards her and I am more than happy with their visits as they care for her in a way that I would care for her myself and wish for her to be cared for. They are very caring but at the same time are
very professional, but also they have a laugh with her and chat with her which she loves.

Carers are very reliable, respectful and compassionate, with many becoming friends with Mum over the past couple of years. The company shows real concern for the wellbeing of its clients and is always willing to go the extra mile whenever it is needed.

I would highly recommend The Great Care Company to anybody who is looking for care for an elderly relative. They have been going to my mum for several months and the difference in mum is unbelievable. The girls that look after mum always go above and beyond to make sure mum is cared for. They will do
anything mum asks of them. They treat her like family and she absolutely loves the company and somebody to talk to. These girls deserve a medal and are doing a fantastic job and we want to thank them all from the bottom of our hearts you make our lives so much easier.

I have nothing but praise for The Great Care Company as they listen and act to any concerns we may have. Nothing is too much trouble and knowing a carer is going to see and support my parents twice a day is so reassuring. My mother sometimes finds it difficult to have another person in her home so working
with her, and not for her, is extremely important. The understanding and respect the carers have for my parents are plain to see.
Keeping them at home is our priority and The Great Care Company have made that possible. My siblings and I are so grateful for the service provided and the communication between management and us is excellent. They work with the whole family, not just the clients.

I would highly recommend anyone to use this service. From the start of the process, everything was carried out extremely professionally, the visits prior to the care being implemented was friendly and supportive for my Mother and every part of the care package tailored to her needs. When the carers
came, from day 1 they were very friendly and put my Mother at ease, they talked to her and explained everything they were going to do from getting her undressed, showered etc checking all the while she was comfortable and never rushed in any way. They prepared her meals, again checking her requirements and even sat with ensuring she didn't need any help during meal times. With regards to the timings of the visits, I can honestly say the carers were always on time and always turned up. They were very respectful in the home, always leaving things very tidy and even washed up any dishes. The reports written by the carers following every visit were very comprehensive.

We are immensely grateful for the care my uncle received from the Great Care Company. For over two years not a single day has passed without a visit and we have never had to worry about whether someone would turn up. All the staff have been exceptionally caring and professional doing everything they
possibly could to assist. They have provided the highest possible standard of care which enabled him to stay in the comfort of his own home for so much longer than would otherwise have been the case. We could not have asked for anything more, all of which very much exceeded our expectations. The staff and their unfailing patience are a credit to your organisation and we would thoroughly recommend the Great Care Company. We are so pleased that the Great Care Company is continuing to provide care for his brother who remains in the family home.

I can really recommend The Great Care Company. All the carers are lovely and the staff at the office keep in touch with care times, who to expect and any changes. They complete regular reviews with us and ask for feedback. We are very happy with them and feel supported.
