The Great Care Company Lincolnshire is proud to provide high-quality homecare and support services that keep clients safe, cared for and happy in the comfort of their own home.

Their bespoke service is individual and personalised for all clients so they can ensure their caring, carefully selected and fully trained staff deliver service to the client’s preference.

They provide home visits from 1hour to 24hours a day so care never feels rushed whether it’s a friendly face to call by for a social visit or perhaps more complex support with personal care or dementia care they can help. Their extensive service portfolio also includes other of their popular services offering greater peace of mind such as Live-In or Night Care services.

At The Great Care Company, they take time to match carers to clients based on personality and interest. Once they have their personalised care plan finalised a meet and greet with staff happens prior to care services beginning so clients are comfortable and ready for their first visit to be delivered on time and from a friendly face.

Staff don’t wear uniforms but have a dress code with ID badges ensuring they do not bring unnecessary attention to clients. They believe this promotes comfortable positive relationships that help them achieve great outcomes for clients.

I simply cannot find enough words to express how wonderful this company is in every aspect, from the initial introduction right through to having to sadly terminate the contract through no fault of theirs. I was so very sad and upset to have to part company with the carers and the fantastic care they
gave to my mother, who is now going into private nursing care.
I can only thank you all from the bottom of my heart for everything you have all done. Do not hesitate to use this company. You will not be sorry.

All the staff are great. They always visit my Aunt on time and she loves them. I've been there many times in the past when the carers have arrived, always so friendly and happy to be there. My Aunty loves seeing them, she couldn't be without them now.

We have seen a huge difference in the care for our mother since The Great Care Company took over with her care. The carers that go to see her are fantastic and they do everything they can to support her. My mother's daily life has improved dramatically and we are very grateful for this. We love that
she is still at home as this is where she wants to be. We have the kind of care service that we have always wanted for our mother and it really does give us the peace of mind to know that she is being supported by such kind and caring people. Thank you to all at The Great Care Company.

I live a long way from my mother and I cannot praise the staff enough for their caring and professional approach. The peace of mind this gives me was enhanced when during a call mum was taken poorly. I was kept informed throughout, carer stayed with my mother and another even sorted care out for her
dog when she had to go into hospital. Would highly recommend this company.

We have been using The Great Care Company since its services began and our experience has been totally positive. They provide wonderful carers for my 91-year-old mother both am and pm. Mum is always elated to see them. The service they provide is exceptional and even if an issue arises after the carer
has gone, they will organise someone to return - usually within 15-30 mins. We are so grateful for all they do in their own inimitable, happy radiant style. Thank you all.

I'm really impressed to be honest. I would love to see my folks more but it's hard with me living away, so it is good to know that they have a professional company visiting them. Their communication is very good. Staff are always professional. They are very caring and very organised. I would happily
