MyCare Home Services established in 2016 to provide homecare services for the benefit of local community-based in Uxbridge and its surrounding areas. The sole reason for My Care Home Services's existence is to provide person-centred, bespoke services in the most cost-effective way.

The company implements the human rights principles in their processes and based on their values of service, integrity, and commitment. Compassionate care workers support each person with empathy, love, and care. Planned care is delivered with dignity and respect, by respecting their choices, preferences, cultural and religious beliefs. Service Users are involved and encouraged to do as much as possible to promote independence.

Apart from the Statutory Mandatory Training (Online and Face to Face), Care workers have Specific Training: Medication, Dementia (Level 2) and Enteral Feeding Training.

All in One Homecare Software is used by the organisation which is also available as a Phone App. This software is used for Rostering, Care Plans, Risk assessments, electronic MAR charts and daily care notes. Care workers have a real-time roaster and Care Plan on their mobile phone with a simple login and log out system and a paperless reporting of Care notes. The Service Users and families have the reassurance of having real-time information about care visits and Care notes.

My nan has been a client since December of 2023. I can't say enough how lovely the staff and carers have been to her. Many of her carers go above and beyond to make sure that she has the best experience possible. Everyone is polite and considerate. Anytime an issue has come up, the situation has always
been corrected promptly. Communication is excellent. My nan has never been comfortable with strangers in her home, but many of the carers she has , have become like friends to her. It's comforting to know how at ease most of the girls make her feel. She looks forward to her favourites every time she is going to see them. You can't go wrong with this company. You can expect high standards of care and kindness with thus company.

The MyCareHome team provided a daily service to my late father who suffered from Alzheimer's. Their service was first class, enabling my father to enjoy his final year in his house before moving to a Care Home. Their service was second to none and is one that I would highly recommend.

MyCare Home Services made a daily visit to my father for nearly 4 years. Their staff helped him to retain his independence in his own home.
His carers were kind and courteous and undertook a number of tasks which he would have found increasingly difficult as he got older. They helped him by keeping
his flat clean and tidy, preparing his breakfast, washing up, making his bed and maintaining good standards of hygiene in the kitchen and bathroom.
They also provided companionship each day and also kept me informed if they had any concerns about his welfare.
Dad appreciated the support that they gave him and I was very pleased that he had such good care from them all.
Overall I would definitely recommend MyCare Home Services to any potential new clients.

Fabulous communication and will accommodate requests at the last minute, if possible.
The carers are really lovely and treat my dad with compassion and dignity.
On occasion, we have requested extra care and this is sometimes at very late notice. My requests have always been accepted.

The carer is friendly, dedicated and a very cheerful person. My husband looks forward to his coming and looking after him. I cannot fault his service to my husband. My husband is more cheerful and looks happy when he is here to help him to do his shower and take him for a walk. I feel very safe and

I employed the above company on 24th Feb 2023. I find them very helpful and polite, also very flexible. I have from time to time, I have a lot of appointments i.e hospital, dentist, domestic etc but nothing is not too much trouble for the above to arrange for me.
The carers cannot do enough for me
i.e. cooking, house needs, domestic needs. So so polite and helpful. If I ever need care in the future I will definitely call them.

New to the company only two weeks in and a far friendlier, more helpful, and caring company than Mum's previous company.
Staff well informed of Mum's needs. Office staff were also very helpful with any queries we have had and implemented Mum's physiotherapy changes without issues. Overall so far would

We have been indebted to MyCare Home Services ever since my husband came out of the hospital. He had had a stroke, which left him severely disabled, incontinent and unable to converse meaningfully. Initially, he had MyCare carers three times a day, but recently, carers have come once a day to get him
up, showered and dressed. He has had several different carers each day, and all have been extremely good, thorough and friendly. The MyCare management has also been very friendly and helpful, always willing to change routines when required.

We have been using Mycare for the past two years for my mother's care. She has them twice a day, once in the morning to get her up, washed and dressed. They also make her breakfast and administer her medication. She also has them in the evening to make sure she has her evening meal, they also help her
to get changed into her nightwear. They also administer her medication for the evening. The carers she has are all really lovely and take such good care of her. They always make sure she has everything she needs, plus they always find the time to have a little chat with her.

We have been using Homecare for my stepfather for just over a year.
The carers have been punctual, friendly and professional. He has a good laugh with some of the carers.
The only downside for my stepfather is that he's slightly deaf and there can be a language barrier problem when the carers have
their masks on, which they obviously need to do.
They cover everything that needs doing. Totally trustworthy.

I can't thank MyCare services enough for their help with my mum over the last 2 years plus. Firstly, they were there to provide help and support for both my mum and dad when mum was diagnosed with dementia and needed help getting up and washed dressed. Not only were her physical needs addressed, but
both mum and dad enjoyed the carers visits and their cheerful company.
Since dad passed away in March, MyCare provided further help to mum by visiting in the evening as well as morning so that they could prepare an evening meal and help mum get ready for bed if she wished.
All the carers went above and beyond to ensure mum was well looked after, safe and happy.
Everyone who I have dealt with at MyCare from the office staff to carers have been friendly, efficient and caring. Nothing was too much trouble.
Mum has recently had to move in to residential care and we were sad to say goodbye to MyCare as they have been an important part of our lives for quite a while. I would definitely recommend.

Being a Mum to an energetic 7 years old, I don't get a lot of spare time, but I do enjoy a movie and meal out when possible.

Sue joined us in 2021 as a Client Liaison Officer. She takes pride in meeting our service users and families conducting initial assessments and building relationships.
