MyCare Home Services established in 2016 to provide homecare services for the benefit of local community-based in Uxbridge and its surrounding areas. The sole reason for My Care Home Services's existence is to provide person-centred, bespoke services in the most cost-effective way.

The company implements the human rights principles in their processes and based on their values of service, integrity, and commitment. Compassionate care workers support each person with empathy, love, and care. Planned care is delivered with dignity and respect, by respecting their choices, preferences, cultural and religious beliefs. Service Users are involved and encouraged to do as much as possible to promote independence.

Apart from the Statutory Mandatory Training (Online and Face to Face), Care workers have Specific Training: Medication, Dementia (Level 2) and Enteral Feeding Training.

All in One Homecare Software is used by the organisation which is also available as a Phone App. This software is used for Rostering, Care Plans, Risk assessments, electronic MAR charts and daily care notes. Care workers have a real-time roaster and Care Plan on their mobile phone with a simple login and log out system and a paperless reporting of Care notes. The Service Users and families have the reassurance of having real-time information about care visits and Care notes.

MyCare Home Services is currently a corporate member of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and they have an ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management System (2019).

A truly outstanding care company. My mother was so very fortunate indeed, to have this wonderful care company look after her in her final years of life in her home. My mother died on 22 November 2022, but the care my mother received was outstanding. The fantastic carers, the office staff and the co-owners,
who came into mum's life in March 2020. What a godsend that they did. Two years and eight months was the period of care for mum, under the wing of this outstanding company. My mum was truly lovingly looked after. Mum was transformed under their gentle and loving care. What a life-enhancer this caring company is. Thank you so much to the outstanding carers.

My mother has needed more help after returning home from respite care in a nursing home.
I was a little sceptical at first about carers as our previous providers had been, what I considered, very much below standard.
My view, however, has been completely reversed with the care, kindness, thoroughness
and efficiency of the carers supplied by MyCare Home Services.
My mum has one main carer who has been devoted to making my mum's life as comfortable and happy as possible.
Mum has been kept spotlessly clean, medications have never been missed, the house has remained tidy
and her best interests always kept in mind.
Mum is very happy with her and they share a chat and a joke and are becoming friends.

The care and support provided to my mum during her last few months was amazing. The management team went over and above to meet Mum’s requirements and provided a team of amazing carers who were professional, kind, caring and supportive to both Mum and myself during a very difficult time. I honestly
don’t know what I would have done without them and can never thank them enough. I would highly recommend this care agency.

My mum has been receiving personal care from MyCare since last November. The carers are always polite and friendly and have a chat with Mum as well as give her a wash and attend to her needs. They are reliable and professional and it has been so reassuring to know that if they have any concerns about
Mum they will get in touch with me. The communication app is also very useful - it's great to be able to see that a carer has been in and I don't need to keep checking with Mum. I can thoroughly recommend their service.

Great care company, have used since May 2021. They were able to visit at the times Dad wanted, they phone if they are running late so we are able to keep Dad informed, we did have a few issues but these were resolved as soon as we notified them.
All the carers Dad has had are lovely and he is happy,
which is great because he didn’t want carers. Staff came and visited before they took over the care and spoke to Dad and asked him what he wanted, which meant he was still in control and had a say in what was happening.
Would highly recommend this company - five star

Discharged from hospital and unable to physically care for myself, I contacted MyCare Home Services. I had used their service before when I needed help with care for my husband and found them to be very professional, caring and reliable. I kept their brochure for future reference. I rang them as soon
as I got home and explained what I needed and they came the next day to help me and to work out a care plan. They came every day until my wound was healed and I was ready and confident to continue on my own, a confidence they had helped me to gain. I can’t thank enough the wonderful caring team that MyCare Home Services sent to look after me and speed my recovery.

I don’t need personal care at this stage but it is really helpful to have a daily call to help me prepare my breakfast and ensure I take my pills. Also to tidy up the kitchen and bathroom for me. It is reassuring to know that someone is calling and will help me with all I need. The carer is prompt and

They have provided great care to my mother following her discharge from the hospital in October. She needed a high level of care, which they were able to supply.
The help they provided was excellent and helped her return to unassisted living.

MyCare Home Services has been providing overnight care for over 2 years for my dad who has advanced Parkinsons. His truly kind, calm and dedicated night carers have developed a wonderful relationship with him. Recently, having needed to urgently increase my father's care package after my mum's stroke,
the management of MyCare went above and beyond to meet my parents' new requirements. At very short notice, a new small team of genuinely kind, attentive and hardworking day carers stepped in. The management are always available and in constant communication, determined to provide the best service they possibly can. I do not know how we would have coped as a family without all the amazing MyCare staff! I would wholeheartedly recommend this professional, highly reliable company without hesitation.

MyCare Home Services Ltd has been providing carers for my Mum, who has dementia, for more than a year. Over that time her condition has deteriorated and there have been moments of crisis when MyCare Home has responded brilliantly, sending carers at very short notice and going above and beyond to make
sure she is safe and comforted. So many of the carers have that special quality of seeming genuinely to care for their clients and of finding thoughtful ways to make their lives more rewarding. Overall, they are flexible and trustworthy, with a kind and personal approach. Highly recommended.

MyCare Home Services Ltd have been visiting my dear friend for over a year now, increasing visits as required. My friend suffers from Alzheimer’s with Primary Progressive Aphasia, a rare form of the disease where gradually she loses the ability to speak. Throughout this time she has received amazing
care from all, with her progression they have adapted their time with her accordingly. We could not have asked for more caring staff and to see her face light up when they come in is heartwarming.

I feel we were very fortunate to find such an exceptionally professional and well-run care company. From the moment my husband came out of hospital the care has been wonderful. The two night carers have created a great bond with him and it is very touching to see how he trusts them and it is a joy
to see how happy he is with them. It is very comforting to have personal care, especially from the same people and my husband really appreciates the continuity this brings.
There is constant contact with the office and the management are always available to talk to if there is a problem.
This is an outstanding care company and I can unreservedly recommend them.

The service user is a very dear friend who I have cared for for many years. The agency has provided day and night carers for around one year. I am very happy with their service. The staff are attentive, friendly and caring. The number of carers has been limited to provide consistency and familiarity.
The management has always responded quickly and effectively to the few minor issues that have needed attention.

MyCare are an excellent care agency, I would 100% recommend to anyone needing help with a loved one. From our very first meeting with them, we were left feeling that you are in professional safe caring hands. The package supplied has been reliable, consistent and most important to us as a family personal!
We
haven't had a string of unknown people turning up to look after our stepfather, we have had a regular team that have built a good solid relationship with him. MyCare is small enough to care and keep it personal and big enough to deliver. They have been looking after our stepfather for approx nine months.
We are delighted that this agency was recommended to us, they have turned into a professional extension of family. They have often gone above and beyond the call of duty as well.
I can't recommend this agency enough!

I found the professional approach to my father's care really helpful in knowing that he was being looked after by a really caring organisation, that wanted the best for him. Not just my father but seemed to care about the family and were always willing to reassure and communicate with me about my father's
ongoing health issues. I was also impressed with the extra mile, like getting food during lockdown due to Covid 19. Also getting prescriptions from the chemists. I will always be in debt to the loveliness of the carers towards my father and their profound wish to want him to get better. I have no qualms in recommending this care agency.

She has worked in Nursing Recruitment Agency previously and gained a wealth of knowledge.

Her day is mainly spent speaking to applicants, experienced or not, taking them through the process until they are compliant and can go out in our community and help make a difference. It is a lot of paperwork, but I really enjoy building relationships and hope the carers can come to me for support and advice anytime.


Being a Mum to an energetic 7 years old, I don't get a lot of spare time, but I do enjoy a movie and meal out when possible.

Susan Callaghan

Sue joined us in 2021 as a Client Liaison Officer. She takes pride in meeting our service users and families conducting initial assessments and building relationships.


Sue knows the client on a personal level by keeping weekly contact with them. She is responsible for documenting all information or concerns. She liaises with Local authorities for any referrals and point of contact for all clients.


Sue works alongside her colleagues to ensure clients receive the best quality home care services. Sue is gym enthusiastic in her free time and loves to dine and wine.
