We use a digital care planning system, where care staff update their care notes on their phone or iPad whilst visiting your dad. I'm glad it helps being able to access your dad's care notes to see how he is doing on a daily basis, technology really is a wonderful thing!
We regularly review the quality of care notes and provide feedback and training to any staff where we feel they could improve. We also regularly audit our staff timekeeping and attendance and will address any issues identified promptly. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we will contact you directly to discuss this further. We use a digital system, the care plan and tasks are accessed by care professionals via their smartphone whilst delivering care and support.
This ensures they can access an up-to-date, person-centred care plan tailored to meet every client's individual needs and wishes. Care professionals do update and document the tasks completed at each care (very briefly). This is something that is done for all of our clients at every care call and forms an important part of care delivery, to ensure care is delivered safely and as per your wishes.

After taking a short career break to spend time with her family, she stepped back into a management role a year later, gaining her CQC Registration.
