Staff are always on time. They are always appropriately dressed in their Radfield uniform. They always wear appropriate protective clothing, such as gloves and aprons and dispose of them before leaving. I always feel like I've been treated with dignity and respect.

The carers are exceptionally good at providing care for me. They are very friendly and approachable.
The only thing I have to complain about is the procedure of writing notes on their phones, it shouldn't be done in my allocated time, but I bet if things were to change, timings would be a problem.

We use a digital system called PASS, the care plan and all the tasks are recorded and accessed by care staff via their smartphone. A pivotal part of providing excellent quality care is documenting (briefly) what has been completed at each care call. This is something that is done for all of our clients at all care calls and forms an important part of care delivery to ensure care is delivered safely and as per your wishes. I was delighted to welcome the Radfield Home carers into my home. They came at a time specified by me, morning and evening and were most efficient, kind, respectful and obviously a dedicated team of carers.
When accidents occurred, just a quick telephone call assured me that help was available within
a reasonable time frame. These carers were recommended to me by a friend and I have already passed the name onto other friends. I can thoroughly recommend them and highly delighted with their service.

We have had brilliant care and experience with Radfield carers, administration and management. My mum's care has been well thought out, her information book has been written from her point of view. They have listened to her needs, understand her needs and take good care of her. We know she is in good
hands while we are at work. With any incidents, we are kept informed and our views of her care are taken into account. We have plenty of opportunity to change any details and have regular meetings to review Mum's care. We are all satisfied with the care, professionalism and privacy Mum is provided by the care team. The original care provider let s down 3 days before they were due to start, we then had to start looking again.
We then got in touch with Radfield Home Care Wakefield & Dewsbury who were more than happy to come and see Dad to assess him at very short notice. Everything was fully explianed to us from
cost to care. Dad has been very happy with the service he has received. Everyone involved has treated him with the utmost respect and dignity. The management are very approachable and have helped immensely.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the managers, the coordinator and all of the Radfield carers who provided 24-hour palliative home care for dad during his last few weeks.
I am so pleased we found Radfield Home Care as all the carers treated dad with kindness, compassion and the utmost respect.
They supported us as a family too during a very stressful time and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the manager and the team of carers and would use them again if needed.

Jackie has also managed a Sheltered Housing Scheme for a number of years providing independent living, care and support to older residents and this experience has driven her ambition and inspiration to provide an outstanding care and support service to older people in their own homes.


Jackie, also a wonderful mum to her two sons Tom and Sam, has always had a passion for making a difference to people’s lives. Jackie explains, “Owning and operating your own business enables us to have control over the quality of services we provide. My husband and I have both previously worked for employers where we have had limited decision-making power regarding the quality of services that were provided and by running our own business, we will have full control over the strategic direction of the business and ensuring that the quality of services remains outstanding.”
