The Medical Partnerships Care Team comprises of expert carers available to support clients to continue to maintain independence in their own homes. For example, clients are encouraged and supported with personal care and to pursue personal interests such as baking, puzzles, gardening and anything of interest. The service is monitored regularly by management to ensure a Covid Safe environment. Medical Partnerships prides its reputation on working in partnerships with other health care professionals to support clients, particularly anyone living with dementia. Medical Partnerships has a Dementia Champion to support other members of staff.

Medical Partnerships are excellent. The care and support they give Mum is first-class. Management and staff are very professional and respond quickly to any changes needed in Mum's care plan.

Daily carers attend to my mother for help with breakfast, making sandwiches for lunch, administering meds and preparing supper.
My mother looks forward to their visit. They are friendly yet professional.
There are usually four carers who attend on rotation. Great service is provided at all times.

Medical Partnerships are a fantastic company. They look after my mum every day with stoma care and washing/medication.


Mum absolutely loves her carers, they are professional and kind and have a great relationship with her which makes her feel comfortable with having such personal care. We have the

same few carers 99% of the time so she knows them all.


I know how companies can differ in the quality of care as I have POA for my aunt who lives in a different area and deal with her carers (a different company), and I can absolutely say Medical Partnerships are one of the best. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking for home care.

Pretty much most of the time the carers arrived at the appointed time. Always seem to be friendly and attentive. My aunt always had a good chat with them whilst their duties were carried out. Office staff were very helpful when a change of plan had to be rearranged at short notice. I would prefer staff
not to give medical advice or diagnoses.

We have been very happy so far with all the care they have provided for my elderly mum. One of the head carers came out to visit my mum when she wasn't on duty that evening and sorted out a problem for us, which I thought was very considerate of her. They have been very accommodating with all our needs,
and I would highly recommend this caring company.

We work in partnership with clients and families to ensure that we are providing the right level of care using enablers such as PASS which is an electronic care management system which highlights all the agreed outcomes and tasks to be carried out by each carer. Our carers promote dignity and respect by ensuring that all our clients are involved in their care to enable them to make informed choices. As a result of this, carers would always check with clients to ensure that the client is in agreement with any task to be carried out and this is crucial, particularly when a carer is visiting a client for the first time. As part of our training, we never assume that we know a client's routine as it may change from day to day. Therefore it's best practice for our clients to engage with our care receivers at all times to maintain a healthy relationship in order to achieve the desired outcome.

I was very pleased with the service I received for my husband for 2 years. The staff were very caring and professional and always let you know if timing was a problem. Also, I was contacted several times after my husband died to see how I was. Much appreciated.

This company is very professional and helpful. My dad was not very keen on people coming into his home, but he now looks forward to the ladies visiting him. They always have time for a little chat and make sure he's well. They are also happy to do some small housekeeping jobs for him, which helps a

We have been using Medical Partnerships since August 2016 following mum's discharge from hospital after her first stroke. We have had the same main carer ever since so she knows mum really well and her needs as do the small group of carers that cover on her days off. The service provided is very personal
and tailored to mum's requirements. The agency can be easily contacted and is exceptionally flexible if you want to cancel a visit at short notice or ask for additional visits. We feel our carers have become part of our family.

Yemi

Yemi Ibikunle

Job Title: Director\Registered Manager

Joined: 2018

Yemi is currently the Registered Manager and owner of Medical Partnerships and she works with a dedicated team of experienced carers. Some of the carers have worked in the company for over 10 years.


She developed a passion for caring for the elderly at the age of 18 as she loved spending time with her grandfather and cared for him towards the latter part of his life. As a result of her passion to care for the elderly, she started working as a care assistant at the age of 18. She enjoyed working in this capacity and continued to do so for 12 years. Within that same period of time Yemi studied at Kingston University and obtained a degree in Computer Information Systems Design. She later acquired an MSc in Information Management.


When she was younger, she wanted to study to be a nurse however her father was against her being one hence the reason why she studied computing however her heart was always in the caring sector.


As a result of this, she joined the NHS as a Computer Change Manager at the London Programme of IT. She later worked in various management roles which included Capital Project Management and Transformation Project Management at Kings College Hospital working mainly on the transformation of ED and improving the pathways for the elderly. Her latest role was a Senior Project Manager at Greenwich Council which involved the improvement of the Adult Social Care pathway. By this time she had attained an MBA in Strategic Management.


Despite her success in her career, her passion for care never changed. As a result of this, she resigned as a Senior Project Manager to follow her dream of caring for the elderly which she enjoys. Yemi always says that she sees this as her calling and not as a job. Her best time during the day is when she spends time talking to a client as it gives her purpose.


All the experience that she has gained over the years has helped her to have a good working relationship with CQC, the local council and other health care professionals resulting to working in partnership to improve the outcomes of our clients.


She is very particular of each client including family members and takes the time to relate to each person and she values her staff very highly. Transparency and honesty is her watch word and must never be compromised.


Since her appointment, Medical Partnerships has been transformed in many ways which have proved beneficial to clients and staff. She always has time for a friendly chat and is always smiling.

Natalie joined Medical Partnerships in July 2021. She has many years of customer service experience. She is a team administrator and staff support, responsible for liaising with staff, clients and their families, along with the day-to-day running of the office and supporting staff.


Lottie

Lottie Potter

Job Title: Team Administrator

Joined: 2021

Lottie joined the medical partnerships care team as Team Administrator in January 2021.


She has experience working as a home carer visiting clients so she has first-hand experience with what the role involves. She has also worked in many customer service roles.


Lottie’s role in the office involves a multitude of activities ranging from supporting the team and our client's queries, to setting up care plans and is partly responsible for the compliance of the company and the training of our care team.


Prior to working as a carer, Lottie was a professional dancer, performing in shows around the Globe.


Away from work, Lottie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and keeping fit.
