Yemi is currently the Registered Manager and owner of Medical Partnerships and she works with a dedicated team of experienced carers. Some of the carers have worked in the company for over 10 years.
She developed a passion for caring for the elderly at the age of 18 as she loved spending time with her grandfather and cared for him towards the latter part of his life. As a result of her passion to care for the elderly, she started working as a care assistant at the age of 18. She enjoyed working in this capacity and continued to do so for 12 years. Within that same period of time Yemi studied at Kingston University and obtained a degree in Computer Information Systems Design. She later acquired an MSc in Information Management.
When she was younger, she wanted to study to be a nurse however her father was against her being one hence the reason why she studied computing however her heart was always in the caring sector.
As a result of this, she joined the NHS as a Computer Change Manager at the London Programme of IT. She later worked in various management roles which included Capital Project Management and Transformation Project Management at Kings College Hospital working mainly on the transformation of ED and improving the pathways for the elderly. Her latest role was a Senior Project Manager at Greenwich Council which involved the improvement of the Adult Social Care pathway. By this time she had attained an MBA in Strategic Management.
Despite her success in her career, her passion for care never changed. As a result of this, she resigned as a Senior Project Manager to follow her dream of caring for the elderly which she enjoys. Yemi always says that she sees this as her calling and not as a job. Her best time during the day is when she spends time talking to a client as it gives her purpose.
All the experience that she has gained over the years has helped her to have a good working relationship with CQC, the local council and other health care professionals resulting to working in partnership to improve the outcomes of our clients.
She is very particular of each client including family members and takes the time to relate to each person and she values her staff very highly. Transparency and honesty is her watch word and must never be compromised.
Since her appointment, Medical Partnerships has been transformed in many ways which have proved beneficial to clients and staff. She always has time for a friendly chat and is always smiling.

Natalie joined Medical Partnerships in July 2021. She has many years of customer service experience. She is a team administrator and staff support, responsible for liaising with staff, clients and their families, along with the day-to-day running of the office and supporting staff.

Lottie joined the medical partnerships care team as Team Administrator in January 2021.
She has experience working as a home carer visiting clients so she has first-hand experience with what the role involves. She has also worked in many customer service roles.
Lottie’s role in the office involves a multitude of activities ranging from supporting the team and our client's queries, to setting up care plans and is partly responsible for the compliance of the company and the training of our care team.
Prior to working as a carer, Lottie was a professional dancer, performing in shows around the Globe.
Away from work, Lottie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and keeping fit.
