Compassionate Heart is a leading nurse-led agency founded in 2012 and lead by the founder who worked in various NHS acute settings and the community, leading to her identifying a gap in the continuity of patient care. The founder's great passion for public health and healthy communities, Compassionate Heart, was born with the ethos of putting their clients first in all that they do.

They are a dedicated team of managers, nurses, carers and support workers from different disciplines and backgrounds, making Compassionate Heart unique. All staff goes through a vigorous vetting and comprehensive induction process before they can join the care team. Mandatory training is provided and where specialised training is required to meet a client's condition, it is delivered to ensure that staff are skilled and competent in looking after each and every client. The training can range from End-of-Life care, Dementia, Parkinson's, Autism or looking after a client with a tracheostomy.

Compassionate Heart's vision is to offer cutting-edge services, positively impacting each client and not forgetting their core aim which is to consistently exceed their clients' expectations. The services that they offer to their clients are 24 Hour Live-in Care, Complex Care, Home Care, and Supported Living. The care and support they offer their clients is carried out in the comfort of their own homes.

The team at Compassionate Heart understands that every client is different which is why they carry out personalised risk assessments and ensure a personalised support plan is carried out. They will also try and match clients with one of the care team in a consultation meeting to discuss individual preferences, i.e., hobbies, likes and dislikes so they can match each person with the right carer.

Compassionate Heart, and the manager especially, have been invaluable over the last few months for my mum. Since June, and with very little notice, she needed her support increased to have a live-in carer and this was managed very promptly and smoothly and enabled my mum to stay in her own home. The
addition of the online notes with 24-hour access was very reassuring for us. Thank you so much to the manager and your staff.

My father was particularly lucky to have been provided with a carer who had a very bubbly personality and who got on extremely well with him. They shared a lot of laughter together and enjoyed each others company. My father was always treated with respect and I felt happy knowing that he was being looked
after well in his own home around his own belongings.

This was my first experience of arranging a package of care. A thorough assessment was carried out by the manager of Compassionate Heart at the beginning to ascertain the requirements of my mum so that her needs could be met. This was carried out in a professional manner and reassured me that the carers
knew what they would be providing.
Once a level of care was agreed it was carried out with care and consideration. There was excellent communication between Compassionate Heart and myself. They would alert me to any concerns and I felt able to communicate any issues with them as they occurred and I felt confident they would be resolved.

Compassionate Heart have supported my father since last summer when he was discharged from hospital following a stroke. We have been extremely pleased with the support and care they give to him and my mum who they also support to care for him. They have worked flexibly with us changing plans until we

My relatives lived 100 miles from me and I needed carers to help them each day with their daily routines. The staff and owner of Compassionate Heart were absolute angels and gave me great peace of mind knowing they were well looked after when I couldn't visit. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this

The manager and her team provide very thorough and caring support for my father 24/7. She will come out and assist with matters at a moment's notice. This includes supporting my father on several occasions when he has gone in and out of hospital. We are very happy with the service.

The director's care was impeccable. She combined her professional approach with great humanity and compassion - as the name of the company suggests. She was dearly loved by my aunt and during theses difficult times, she drove her to the care home, where she is now happily living - a task which I would
have carried out, had I been able. I was able to entrust the care of my aunt to her the director, entirely and without any qualms.
