My sister-in-law whose mother is of the same age and lives in Cambridgeshire receives nothing akin to this service, no roster or feedback. I would recommend the manager and Folkestone Home Care to anyone thinking of employing a carer.
Even my mother at 92 who was with Adult Services as a manager with KCC for many years and many years ago appreciates the level of care she receives now she is on 'the other side'.
