I would highly recommend this care provider. I’ve been using Continuity Of Care for over two years. When I first came on board with this company, it was the company owner that came out to start doing my care. She delivered my care for the first two weeks and then slowly introduced other carers to me.
This helped me immensely as this was the first time I had received care in my home and I was very anxious. Since then, I have built up a good relationship with the company. They are always on time and professional and very good at communicating with me.

I still remember very clearly asking if you were nervous when I first came to support you and you advised that you hadn’t slept. Since then we have become very good friends and I enjoy every visit. It’s really important to me that we continue to be flexible around your needs and give you the continuity of support. We are ultimately very lucky to know you and your family. Thank you for coming to our little office events and meeting other people we care for. It’s like a little community on its own.

This company has provided 24/7 care for the last two and a half years via NHS CHC. The patient lives in her own home and suffers from very complex physical, communication and mental health needs. They have trained, built and maintained a team of 10 staff in very challenging circumstances. Throughout
they have provided a reliable and totally person-centred approach and have, without doubt, enabled her continuing progress towards recovery. Staff are kind, positive, caring and professional. The owner is strongly committed to providing continuity of care and to developing and tailoring support to meet this patient’s very individual needs. In my experience with a number of other care companies, they are exceptional. I would strongly recommend exploring how they might be able to help. If they can, then you are very lucky.

This company should not be anywhere near complex care packages. In 20 years of having care agencies, my family have never experienced anyone like this. Lack of care, consideration for the user, lack of training for the staff, the company owner is only interested in how much money your package is worth.
I
have posted this review so hopefully, another service user and their family will not have to experience what my daughter and myself did.

We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional and compassionate care and we receive hugely positive feedback from our service users and their families. Our service has also been independently assessed by the CQC who speak to customers and staff alike to ensure we deliver on our promises.
We did have a very challenging relationship with you and ultimately, as you know, we felt we could not continue the relationship and we offered to support you transitioning to an alternative provider. Patient safety is our primary concern and we feel we did everything possible to support you and your family.
