Heart and Hands have looked after my Dad for 18 months and cared for him in his final days recently with so much care, love and support. The team are professional, cheerful and supportive and have not only cared for my Dad but supported the whole family. Heart and Hands are a first-class agency and
always wear full personal protective equipment. I cannot recommend them enough.

The manager and her team have been a great help taking care of my mum who lives 4 hours away from me during these difficult times we all find ourselves in. Very professional team, even help me get my mum to hospital and back at short notice when I couldn't make an appointment!

The care I receive is excellent. Heart and Hands provide extremely cheerful and professional care, they are a breath of fresh air each morning.
They are always willing to change the times they come in and are very flexible if I require extra help on any other days or an extra call.
My carers are extremely
kind and patient and have a great sense of humour.
Thank you for all your kindness and help.

The manager and her team at Heart and Hands are absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
They provided care support to my father in a respectful and professional manner allowing my father to keep his dignity and provided invaluable moral and practical support to my mother.
Highly recommend 10 out of 10.
