Natalie is the Co-Founder and Director of Ranger Home Care along with her husband James. With 15 years of experience in the Care Industry, she is an expert in the field and leads the Ranger Home Care Family. Before becoming entering the care field Natalie qualified and worked as a Registered Nurse.

James is the Co-Founder and Director of Ranger Home Care along with his wife Natalie. He boasts an impressive 15 years of experience and personally carries out all of the care assessments with our prospective clients. This means that if you are interested in having Ranger Home Care support you, it is highly likely James will be the first member of our team that you meet.

Taryke has been working with our Directors James and Natalie for over 18 years - Beginning his career as a Live-In Carer for a client to whom we still provide support today. Over the years he began working within the office and has since obtained his NVQ Levels 3-5. He was our Registered Manager but is currently training to become a paramedic.

Emma began her career in the Care Industry with Ranger Home Care - Originally joining as a Care Coordinator in 2018. She is now our Care Manager and has gained an incredible amount of knowledge and experience and has passed her NVQ Level 4 and working on her Level 5. She is an integral part of the Ranger Home Care family.

Chessy has been a part of the Ranger Home Care team since 2019 and is also James and Natalie's niece. As one of our Care Coordinators, she oversees her client's care and has built some truly amazing relationships which is evident by how comfortable her clients are with her. Chessy has her NVQs.

Julie is our Carer Liaison, meaning she oversees our carers and supports them to ensure they are provided a high standard of care. Julie is an integral part of our team. It is highly likely that if you call Ranger Home Care, the friendly voice you hear on the other end of the phone belongs to her.

Amanda is a critical part of the Ranger Home Care family and is often the voice you hear when you call the office. She has been working with us since 2022 and helps support both our clients and carers. Amanda has a wealth of experience and knowledge, she also holds her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Nelson is our Finance Manager. He has an MBA in finance and was working as an audit associate for KPMG. Nelson also has experience working as a carer in London, so understands the role. He plays an important role in our day-to-day care management.
