Tim joined Highgate Home Care ten years ago having managed several other companies across Yorkshire in the past, and he has been at the forefront of the expansion of the business. His leadership has seen Highgate Home Care awarded GOOD in all areas with the Care Quality Commission. He is passionate about caring for the elderly and started his career as a care worker himself. He believes fully that the people in his care should be treated with dignity and respect in all areas of their lives. He spent three years as chairman of the Registered Managers Network for Hull and East Riding in conjunction with Skills For Care to promote partnership working across the sector.
