We have needed care for 2 members of the household for nearly 3 years. The care has been exceptional both daily visits for personal care and extended visits for family repsite time, the most being 12 days at a time. Our Mother felt safe with the carers and their care of her allowed her to be able to
feel less stress and anxiety - always greeted them with a reciprocal smile. When issues arose and extra care needed, management were prompt and thorough in their response.

Caremark are a wonderful team of caring and compassionate individuals. Heartfelt thanks for your care of my ex-husband and thank you from our two sons, too. Your office staff were so kind and understanding when we telephoned. The whole team supported and helped in every imaginable way. As we live out
of the area it was a comfort to know that he was in such safe and professional hands. All your ladies were so kind, gave him confidence, raised his spirits and cleaned his home. My mother is very pleased with the help she is getting, particularly from one specific staff member. The carers are all very kind and aware of her needs. The admin team also seems to be very organised, helpful, and flexible.

After breaking my leg badly I would not have been able to live at home without the support of Caremark. The carers were respectful but easy to get on with, especially those I saw most. They were prepared to do anything I needed and were courteous towards any family and friends who were visiting.

I suffer from severe fibromyalgia, therefore I cannot give myself showers or change my bed. I'm in bed 23/24hrs only leaving bed via a wheelchair to get to the toilet and also to get easy access to food.
Without this help, I would need residential care which is way off my wish list.
I want to stay
in my home as this is where I feel most secure and comfortable.
I appreciate this support I feel I am listened to when I phone the office to express myself.

I would recommend Caremark to anyone. We had live-in for my father-in-law from the end of August 2023 until the end of March 2024 and they were absolutely brilliant. They cared for him with respect and gentleness, as if he were their own family member. He lived with us, so they became part of our family
too. They were supportive of us but also gave us privacy. We can't thank them enough for all they did through what was a difficult and, ultimately, very sad time. Quality care with compassion is just what anyone would want.

Staff at Caremark moved quickly to assess and support my mother when family carers were feeling overwhelmed with my mother’s challenging behaviours - due to her Alzheimer’s Disease and her feeling unsettled in a different environment.
The carers that were placed with my mother were kind and professional
and provided some much-needed respite for the family.
Caremark is always going to be my first choice when choosing a care agency to support a family member.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and kindness given to my husband since November by the ladies from Caremark. Even when care has been demanding because he's been especially poorly, they have all been patient and concerned to do the best for him. I have never been left out of the picture, the
carers always referred to me if decisions needed to be made. It's been a blessing to have so much ironing done!
I have been very appreciative of the support received personally from the care manager. She has shown genuine interest in my welfare, phoning to see how I am and to offer advice on how to look after myself.
An exceptional home care provider and when my husband returns home after four weeks - respite for me - I will welcome them being with us once again.

Very communicative and responsive staff at the office. Carers, for the most part, worked very hard and diligently in looking after my mother at home, in often challenging circumstances. The family appreciated it.

I felt it was about time I leave a nice review regarding Caremark, seeing as I have been with them for four years now. They do a brilliant job every day and I cannot emphasise enough that they have made a big difference to my quality of life. They have looked after me with utmost care and kindness;
their carers are of incredibly high standards. I have three carers whose care is truly special! You know who you are ladies! You guys have looked after me with care that could not be better. You have looked after me with such compassion following a very stressful and painful illness. I think it's fair to say without Caremark I would probably not be here. Thank you guys, you are all superstars!

Fantastic carers, very conscientious and so nice and kind towards my 86-year-old mum. It has greatly increased my peace of mind and Mum’s care and comfort. Caremark has also dealt with some short-notice rota changes due to sudden hospital trips. They have been very flexible and patient with rearranging
things to get back to caring for Mum once she was discharged. I would really recommend them.

Although my care requirements have been very much light touch following an operation, I have been impressed with the whole operation right from the assessment through to my final visit. Caremark's carers are the best! Kind, friendly and very patient and take their responsibilities seriously. My wife and I are delighted with the care provided to my wife's father, (96 years young!) in washing, dressing and providing basic care. Having met one of your carers recently I was very impressed

I just wanted to write to say how wonderful you, your organization and your team have been. It must have been clear to you that this was always going to be a short assignment and yet your team immediately set up a care programme for mum and provided some super carers. As a result, we were able to keep

Care for this client has been ongoing since October on a 24/7 live-in basis. At the time of searching for a new care provider, there had been a lot of issues, including safeguarding with the previous company. We were understandably concerned about hiring in a new provider. The assessment process was
comprehensive and covered all aspects of the care needed for this client. He can be very demanding and is often confused which needs careful handling if things are not to escalate. I felt listened to and understood by the assessor and the proposed carer who also attended. Because of my health I was unable to make the trip home safely so I was able to witness the high standards of care and attention to detail observed by the carer as well as his kindness and happy disposition which he uses with good effect on the client to "jolly him along". The carer is a swift learner who fitted into the household immediately and started establishing his own routines around daily running of the house.

I've been with Caremark for a couple of years having been recommended by a friend whose mother had been in their care. I had been hospitalised following a serious fall. Right from the start - interview with Caremark organiser - and visits on a regular rota since then, the care delivered has been impeccable.
All the carers who have visited me have been 100 per cent professional, yet have established a relationship that has become a friendship. Getting undressed in front of anyone has always been an embarrassment for me but all my carers have been so understanding. I always feel that the 'social side' of my visits is as important as the physical help, as on many days of the week the carer will be the only person I see. A happy chat over a quick cup of coffee before they leave invariably brightens my morning and thus improves my mental health. I really look forward to these very special ladies coming to care for me.
