Excellent compassionate and genuinely caring carers. They supplied end-of-life care to my husband throughout his last weeks. They all went above and beyond for both my husband and our family unit. All my husband's care needs were met to a standard that exceeded expectations. They were genuine it felt
as though we had known them for a very long time becoming friends was such an easy task for them with my husband and my small children alike. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend 100% to any family looking for a loved one's care needs to be met.

The carers from Excellence are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. They looked after my husband with such care and respect at all times. They were always so friendly and took time with him to understand exactly what he needed as he couldn't really communicate. The whole team is
absolutely brilliant and I am so grateful to them for all they did for us all.

We found the carers experienced, very caring and friendly. They treat my husband with care and dignity and even managed to get a smile or two out of him. The rest of the family have been very pleased with their care and visitors have remarked on their friendliness. I have been particularly grateful

Care provided was above and beyond that I expected. Carer's were very understanding of mum's specific needs and were very patient as she deteriorated and if we requested anything to be done deferently it was addressed immediately. The team were very gentle and caring but professional. Always on Time
and called to let us know if there was a change or problem. Highly recommended team and would use them again if need be.

My father was discharged from the hospital to home with end-of-life care in place. The care and respect that the Excellence Health Manager and his assistants have given to my father over the months since then has been consistently high. The manager has always been approachable should my sister or myself
have concerns about my father's needs and capabilities. Consequently, my father has since recovered enough to return to independent living at home. We would not hesitate to contact Excellence Health Care if at some point my father (or mother for that matter) needs care in the future.

Excellence Healthcare cared for my beloved with the utmost respect and dignity at all times.
At every visit, my beloved was treated with kindness.
They were gentle yet professional at all times speaking to him to make him feel at ease. They were extremely helpful and supportive.
His comfort was our
priority and the manager and his team went above and beyond for our family. I feel blessed that they were able to give my beloved the best.

Excellence Healthcare the name speaks for the service we received for my father, my father received care from the team for his last month of life, the team was very considerate, respectful and caring nothing was impossible with the care of my Dad. As I was the main carer for my dad up until Excellence
came in, I made sure main priority was dad's dignity, he was comfortable and independent as long as possible, however as my father's health deteriorated the team at Excellence where here to assist they went over and above to make sure dad was comfortable as possible, my dad was just over 81 and up until 10 days before he left this temporary world Dad was very independent, the manager and his team developed not just a caring relationship with my father but a highly respected relation my dad was very comfortable with the team. Me and my family will never forget how much the team at Excellence did for my dad they cared for him as the way I would myself. 5-star service from Excellence Healthcare.

The care that was given to my dad was dignified, professional, and so appreciated by all of my family at such a fragile time, nothing was too much trouble for the manager and the team and I can honestly say hand on heart recommend this health care provider to anyone that needs further support at home.
The duty of care and comfort to my dad was the Manager's utmost priority and it showed, that my family cannot thank you enough for being there for my dad and also for all of the support you gave us as a family through a very difficult time. My dad was a proud independent man, who had such a big heart of gold to help others, I truly believe you have a big heart also because to care for the patients the way you do shows so much about the person you are - thank you we now class you as our friends.

I cannot thank the manager and his team enough for the wonderful care they gave my husband. Although only with us a short time, they provided excellent end-of-life care. I was especially pleased with how kindly they treated him being so gentle due to his frailty. It’s very hard to let someone come into
your home and to trust them with your loved one but from our first meeting the manager and his team put us at ease and we had total confidence in them. They soon became like family. My family and I would highly recommend this wonderful company that really do put the care in their caring.

We cannot praise Excellence Healthcare enough for the care they provided for my stepdad. The manager and all the staff were just fantastic. Very caring. They were so much better than the care which was initially provided by the NHS.
They came out several times a day and each time were so polite and
caring towards my stepdad providing the best care possible for him. Cannot thank them enough for all they did.

Our experience was excellent with all of the carers. They have done more than we asked of them. They always tried to make my mother comfortable as much as they could do. Excellence helped care for my mother who has dementia. They had also looked after my father for the final 2 weeks of his life and we therefore knew how amazing the standard of care was. The ladies treated Mom with so much dignity and compassion, always calm, caring and so considerate. Nothing was too
much trouble. The smile on Mom's face when they arrived each visit said everything.
We have now had to make the decision to put Mom into full-time care due to her needs, however, we will be eternally grateful to the ladies from Excellence who were amazing. I would be the first to recommend this agency looking for care in the future.

After our father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the manager and his team took over his care at home for the final 2 weeks of his life. After previously using a different care provider and being what can only be described as disappointing, Excellence came into our lives and were amazing; they definitely
lived up to their name. So calm, caring and considerate, we couldn’t have asked for a better service. We were so lucky to be introduced to this agency and so happy that with their help, Dad's last few weeks were made so much more comfortable by the wonderful staff. I would highly recommend Excellence to anyone seeking a caregiving service.

I have been personally cared for by Excellence Healthcare for at least seven years. I, myself, suffer from muscular dystrophy, am confined to a wheelchair and unable to help myself due the severity and weakness this condition brings to someone with it. I can, with all my heart, say that over these seven
years of service, I have received the best care and couldn't have asked for any better. I have been fortunate to have had the manager of Excellence Healthcare provide me with outstanding five star care. I would like to also add that, as the name of the company is titled 'Excellence Healthcare - bringing quality care to your home', that they are 'excellence' by name and 'excellent' by the service they provide. I can truly say that the service provided has always been above and beyond. A service that I look forward to each day as it's provided with understanding and kindness, as well as with gentle handling and smartness. Most of all, it brings me comfort and happiness.

I was caring for my dad at home who was on end-of-life care. Excellence Healthcare took over the care service that Dad was provided with and I’m so happy they did.
The manager is such a genuinely lovely person who went over and above to provide my dad’s care. He really does care about the work he does
and it shows in how he respects and interacts with people.
My dad loved him and although he had dementia and would forget who his carers were, I could see how relaxed the manager and the other carers on the team made Dad feel.
I would recommend this care company to anyone and just felt such relief that when I wasn’t with my dad, he was being cared for during the care calls.
Thank you and your team for all your hard work. Thank you for caring so much. It’s nice to know people like you are in the care field providing quality care and that you’re passionate about what you do. You make a difference not only to your patients but also to the families. I can’t thank you enough.
