The registered manager Zoe Gorreti Zawayira is a resourceful, innovative, highly motivated nursing professional. Over the past 20 years, she has managed to gain a wide variety of experience that has allowed her to grow and develop knowledge within the Health and Social Care sector. Zoe has become ever more passionate about patients/service users care. Through her managerial roles, she has managed to develop problem identifying and solving skills that have proven extremely useful. With her registered nursing background, her excellent Nursing skills, infection prevention and control skills Zoe puts patients/service users safety first. Through hard work and effort, Zoe has been able to advance her career and became an experienced Infection and Prevention Nurse and Care manager. Working up to a Band 7 level I had the opportunity to cover as a Band 8 (which is a very senior level within the NHS) she is very passionate about patient/ service users care and infection prevention and control. Zoe is also a fast learner, who is always willing to learn more advanced skills to ensure patients/service users safety.
