The agency manages palliative care and complex cases and partners with Enhanced Therapy of Basildon Hospital, i.e., manages all EDT cases with Physios. When optimised, the team reassesses and knows if the client is eligible for CHC or social service, home care packages, Medication management, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Post Surgery & Rehabilitation Support, Respite Care, and 24/7 Emergency Response Team. The agency covers a lot, including nursing homes, 24-hour care at home, etc. The agency's extensive experience in this area and its many client references have allowed it to manage clients with different needs.

The majority of carers provided by Rossycare have always been caring, kind and conscientious. Treating my mum with respect and dignity at all times. There is excellent communication between the team of carers provided for my mum and between the carers and myself and sister. If, on a rare occasion, a
carer has not provided the expected care, the Rossycare admin team have dealt with this swiftly. The admin team are always available to talk to, listen to any concerns and deal with them appropriately. I would recommend Rossycare to other families. Thank you.

I am largely bedbound from Secondary Progressive MS, with twice weekly forays Into my pressure-relief padded wheelchair providing just a semblance of independent mobility. We chose Rosseycare to provide my daily 'in-out' care services When we moved to Thurrock in the later 2000s and the company is now
responsible for virtually all my nursing care as well as daily living care. Their carers are fully trained in setting up and taking down my PEG feeding regime and delivering prescribed medication and hydration using the side port, and thus substantially reduce the burden upon the NHS domiciliary district nurse system.
My only "criticism'' of Rosseycare is that so many of their carers have chosen to take up the greatest security of salaried employment as nurses in the NHS that there's been a pretty constant turnover of staff. It's the credit of management that this has not affected the overall standard of care.

I cannot express the upset frustration and pure ignorance of this agency. My mother sadly is in her final stages of cancer this agency took over her care in Feb 22 and completely failed her. They short-call her, rush her, never listen to her requests i.e no male carers. They allowed her to fall and
hurt herself badly. The staff have no empathy or compassion and when you raise concerns or request change, the manager tells you she will hand her back and to look for another provider. I find that disgusting, not willing to listen or help. And happy for her staff to rush a 45 min call to the point the carers are in and out in 10 minutes. Stay clear of these as a care provider as they do not care or run correctly. Speaking as an ex-homecare manager myself, I find this absolutely disgusting to treat our sick and elderly like they did my mum. I'm so hurt and saddened to think my poorly mum should be happy content and comfortable in her final stages of life and she isn't.

Apologies for replying to this message after 2 years but the reason is that we do not market our work but the clients we have cared for tell others more about us. Hence we focus our time on the best service delivery. We have just realized this was placed here. We believe this issue was satisfactorily dealt with by ourselves and the referral authority and we have all the documents therein. So, it’s shocking to us to see this here. It’s against our policy to discuss issues about our clients who we cherish on a public platform, therefore confidentiality is not taken lightly. We have managed hundreds of clients with many hard copy written compliments including in newspapers on our compliment portfolio. Our goal is to impart the best possible care to those we support which is paramount in our care delivery. We endeavour to provide outstanding care and quality service delivery wherever possible. We take all feedback very seriously and our success is our responsiveness to any issue since 2016.
