Great service, carers know about my son's needs and personal preferences. They regularly involve me in decisions about my son's care.
Management of the care provider has improved drastically from last year.

My experience with the provider and the carers has been of excellent care. The only thing that lets them down is when things change on my weekly rota to say who would be coming on the said days and at what times. When they get changed I am not informed of any change after asking them on a few occasions
to let me know.

Currently, we are undergoing a system migration, which may have resulted in delays in sending your rota on time. However, with the new system, you will have access to real-time information about the carers on your rota and receive notifications of any changes. You should have received your login details to access this information, and we're confident that this will prevent further occurrences of not receiving your weekly rota or notifications of changes. I am really happy with the service provided by Solutions to Care. My brother was nervous about having a carer as he has mental health issues, but the carers provided have been excellent. They seem to understand his needs and go above and beyond in helping him. If he is having serious problems with his
mental health they let me know. This is great because I know that on the days they come I don’t have to worry. He is very content and that means a lot to me. It has taken a great weight off my mind.

I am an elderly lady who has trouble with certain tasks and with this organisation, I am completely satisfied with all services provided. All staff are very friendly and helpful couldn't ask for better people.

Mom has been looked after by your carers since August 2023.
We have found all of your carers to be kind, considerate and professional and during this
period of care we have had no causes of concern.
Mom speaks highly of all the carers who visit and is relaxed and comforted by their presence.
We
would have no hesitation in recommending Solution2care as a care provider.

Fantastic carers.
Very friendly, understanding, caring.
Respectful.
The list goes on and on.
Nothing is too much trouble for this team.
Mom has been with them for over a year and we have never experienced care like these people give.
Only downside is changing of carers from Mom's regular
carers as she gets to know them and has a soft place in her heart for them.
Then they can be moved to other areas.
It’s a little heartbreaking when you see her and she doesn’t know the carer.
Other than that I would highly recommend.
