We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the changes to your weekly rota. Currently, we are undergoing a system migration, which may have resulted in delays in sending your rota on time. However, with the new system, you will have access to real-time information about the carers on your rota and receive notifications of any changes. You should have received your login details to access this information, and we're confident that this will prevent further occurrences of not receiving your weekly rota or notifications of changes.
